5/5. Large rooms and a pool? That's rare. If you go to Tokyo it'll be overpriced, small, and no pool! It's not new but for the price, it's bang for the buck 12,000 for 3 beds. Not bad for a send-off. I forgot to mention the free shuttle to and from the airport

We came to stay here because we missed a plane here, not far from the airport. The price was quite ok and the room had everything we needed to relax. There is a plug near the head of the bed so you can charge and use your mobile phone. For connecting to the internet, you can use NFC or use QR Code, making it very convenient. The bathroom is quite large, even slightly larger than average. We were staying with quite a few people, but 1 room was enough and was enough without being uncomfortable at all. On the 1st floor, there was a convenience store which also had a few souvenirs. Even though it says open 24 hours, they restock from midnight to 1 a.m. Oh, and every 3 floors have a room for heating a microwave, a vending machine, and an ice maker.

I've used it several times the night before flying to the airport. But I won't be staying there again. The employee outside didn't say hello to me and had a bad attitude and hurled disgusting words at me.Unfortunately, I was able to pick up on that person's frustration.I said "please" in response to the same thing I had done to other guests.ThenHe told me, ``It's not your exclusive responsibility, you should do it yourself.''(I did it myself. I felt it was a double effort, and I thought other employees would be in trouble later.)Since I left Japan early in the morning, I started the day in a really bad mood.I feel sick just remembering it now.The other employees have a good impression, but it's a mess. This means that this is a hotel with employees who take care of this kind of things.~supplement~Now that I think about it,Even though I have used it several times, the staff outside did not give me a very good impression.Even though I was unloading a large bag from the car by myself, I didn't even ask if I could use the trolley, just stared at me.Also, an overseas guest was having a hard time carrying a lot of luggage by himself, but he didn't take any action and just looked at me...(I called out to Katakoto asking if he could use a trolley)I don't think it's something I want people to do or that it's natural to do (in fact, it just came to mind when I was writing this).I can't really put it into words, but I think it's because people don't have emotions.

This time I stayed for 1 night and 2 days at the end of September for a change of pace. Have you renovated your twin room? I had a very comfortable stay in a beautiful room. Thank you.

The hotel is close to the Narita airport with free shuttle. They have a small onsen and sauna inside the hotel for 500 yen admission fee. The room was pretty small and old.

Great hotel! To start, it's huge. Even the rooms are big for Japan. Everything was modern like it recently was updated. There's a Family Mart right inside the hotel which is very convenient. One thing I would be weary of is the pool. You can tell it isn't cleaned very well, very often. The pool area could use some room as well. The roof leaks and the furniture is wore down.Other then the pool situation there were no other complaints. I would stay here again.
