Great hotel, good mattresses and working AC. Rooms are neat. The hotel is located just a little outside the center in a part that is currently being completely renovated. That's why it's not so nice now.

Good hotel to stay in Bangkok. Close to Khaosan Road but not disturbed by noise and people.The room was clean and the service was good. Note that there is a coffee shop right next to the building (can be accessed from inside the hotel).The only negative points would be the water pressure in the shower, which was too low, that the shower had no door, so the bathroom floor was waterlogged, and that our double room had two single beds side by side that separated during the night.I would stay here again if I returned to Bangkok.

The rooms are clean, everything is good. But the only disadvantage is that the rooms are not soundproof at all. The sound of someone opening and closing the room door was very loud. The sound of someone dragging a chair The sounds in the room go out of the room and the sounds of people walking can still be heard. In summary, it is not recommended for people who have difficulty sleeping because they will hear the sound all the time.

clean room and friendly staff! we had a very good time during our stay, the only negative side was the wi-fi was a bit slow and sometimes didn't have good reception, as regards the location you can go on foot to see the temples

The staff at this hotel treat western guests like filthThe elevator was working but guests are not allowed to use it , And the staff doesn’t help you with your bags . So we had to carry out bags up and down the stairs by ourselvesIn the morning the cleaners have no regard for the guests and slam doors bang on the walls and make so much noise it’s impossible to sleep . And yet still after making all this noise the rooms somehow still manage to be caked in filth and dustThe area is surrounded by run down abandon buildings and closed businesses and the staff are obnoxious and pretentious . And if you are from the west they will treat you like pure garbageDO NOT STAY HERE

I tried 4 different hotels during my 1 month stay in bangkok. This is by far the best experience I had.If you dont need a pool and don't mind a short walkup (there's a lift for luggage-only), don't bother looking for any other place.Great staff at both front desk and housekeeping, great view, and walking distance to many major locations. Rooms are bigger than it looks in the photos.The staffs are especially amazing. I don't want to share the details here because I do not want this review to be used for any unreasonable requests, but they really went the extra mile for any needs I shared with them.I recommend going directly to their website or find them in Line app for extended stays or special request.
