I have stopped at Toyoko Inn many times, but this is the first time that the water pressure in the shower was so weak.The toilet is very small even for me, who is petite.Breakfast doesn't have anything hot or even milk. The one at the convenience store was better.There were too many people even though it was a weekday.Although it can't be helped, the breakfast lobby is too small and stressful.The fact that there is no column to write requests also shows a lack of motivation.It's definitely not worth more than 10,000 yen.

I stayed here for the first time in a while, but I was surprised at the front desk.A group of elderly people are making a lot of noise in the lobby.But no one pays attention.And the receptionist didn't have a smile and was expressionless. I don't really know how to use the check-in machine, but when I ask questions, they almost ignore me. Are you okay, Toyoko Inn?Hospitality is important.And breakfast. When I went there at 6:30 in the morning, there was a long line. On the other hand, Table is the eat-in space level of a convenience store.The quality of ingredients has also dropped significantly. If this happens, you should stop eating breakfast. It's been a while since I last visited Toyoko Inn, and I was looking forward to it. I just feel disappointed.

The location, service, and cleanliness of the room are 4 stars or higher, but the negative point is the breakfast.It started at 6:30, and when I got to the venue 5 minutes early, there was already a long line.As others have said, the venue is quite small.If you don't have a place to sit, you can pack it in a lunch box and eat it in your room.However, they also have soba noodles and coffee, and I wanted to carry them in a tray, but since there were only a few trays, I was asked to carry them in the plastic bags provided.I think people who want to eat a lot of food will want to put side dishes on the lid, and I thought that satisfaction would increase if they at least added more trays.

That's what I say.As the place is visited by many tourists, I imagine that the people at the front desk (as far as I know, there was one person who responded well) were also exhausted and unable to respond as expected. I woke up in the middle of the night to the smell of sewage.There wasn't any smell until I went to bed...but it's the worst.When I searched on the internet, it seems that other Toyoko Inns have the same problem. Thinking about the hotel you will stay at in the future.

About 2 minutes walk from Nagano Station Zenkoji Exit (west exit, conventional line side). Since it's right in front of the station, there are many restaurants, souvenir shops, and karaoke shops.The contents are a normal Toyoko Inn, 13 stories high. Rooms along the road are on lower floors and are sensitive to traffic noise (for people who are sensitive), and on the other side are apartments and municipal parking lots. There are no views to enjoy either. (If you are on a high rise along the road, you can see conventional lines such as the Shinkansen Shinano that departs from and arrives at Nagano Station)Nearby convenience stores are Lawson and Family Mart, both in front of the station. Breakfast starts at 6:30.The parking lot is tower-style and reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

I didn't have high expectations as it was a low-priced hotel, and I was just hoping I could sleep there, but this was the most disappointing hotel I've ever been to.There was a large mold on the curtain of the unit bath that anyone could see.There were also blood-like splatters on the bath mat.I'm sure it's been washed, but why don't you check it before putting it in the guest room?I don't understand why people think moldy curtains and bath mats are okay.No matter how low the price is, I would like you to take good care of your hygiene.Also, wouldn't it be better to stop showing customers the message that says to recycle toothbrushes? ?I don't know how to recycle them, but after collecting them, they sterilize them and then put them back into bags and provide them. I was worried and felt sick so I went to a convenience store to buy some.Maybe this is normal at hotels. But I didn't want to know.
