The area was clean and we had comfortable stay.It is easily accessible from the Hakuba station. Around 5mins by walk.Rooms are the Japanese tatami ones, bathroom and toilets are common for the floor. Dinning hall in the first floor and breakfast was included.The owner is a sweet lady and talk extraordinary English.

The landlady is very enthusiastic and speaks English very well.The only drawback is that there is no air conditioning in the room. It is very hot in Hakuba Village in summer and the room will not cool down until very late at night.

It is very convenient to walk about 5 minutes from Hakuba Station. Although the room is old, it is warm, comfortable and very clean.The main recommendation is that the landlady is very kind and friendly. She will try her best to meet the needs of the guests and make them feel at home. Her English is also very good and communication is smooth.

We were here for 2 month of snowboarding and the room was lovely. Saiko, the owner, is the friendliest and most helpful host I have ever encountered in years of travelling. She helped us with so many things and provided us with information about everything in and around Hakuba and she speaks English exceptionally well.The Inn is top value for money with a large kitchen for common use. The kitchen contains freezer, fridge, microwaves and a gas stove that is really nice. Plenty of space.Our room was really clean and comfortable and the Check in was super friendly. The Inn is located right next to Bus and Train station what makes arriving super quick and convenient and the shuttle bus to the Ski resorts fast to reach (<5 min walking).Thank you for everything Saiko, you really made us feel at home!

10 stars for the owner. Awaited our arrival at 9pm and showed us around the whole hotel building. Even took the time to talk to us about taxi/snow shuttle services, places to eat, places to see etc. Not to mention she speaks exceptional English. Breakfast, tea, coffee, juice, and a fully equipped kitchen provided, even a comfortable homey dining space. The 2 single beds were great, extremely comfy and really thick blankets.5 minute walk from Hakuba Station.About a 20-25 minute walk to good bars and clubs.

We are traveling for 24 days, but it was more cozy and comfortable than any other accommodation we have had so far, and the owner made us feel very comfortable. We would like to stay here again if we come to Hakuba.

It was good point・The owner is pleasant and kind.・Lodging fees are low・Good location・There is a microwave, toaster, and pot in the dining room.・Breakfast includes bread, cereal, and drinks for free.What was disappointing・It's cold even if the temperature in the room is set to MAX.・The doors and walls are thin and you can hear the sound of doors closing and voices in other rooms.・I was concerned about the dust in the room and the torn shoji screens.It feels like an old shared house, so it may not be suitable for those who are looking for perfect hotel service.
