On Saturday, June 8, 2024, I stayed at the 2nd floor Designer's Room on a trip with my brother and sister to go to Tsugaike Nature Park. I was interested in this inn in advance based on the website and reviews, and the conclusion was that the food, facilities, and customer service were excellent. The meals are exceptional, featuring the kings of wild vegetables, butterbur, cucurbits, and dill herbs, and the meat and fish are also made with the best ingredients.Breakfast and dinner are included! The vegetables were grown in-house, and the seasoning was very particular. The facility is a 4-bed designer room decorated with wood grain that conveys warmth, and even though the hot spring is in the basement, there is a shower room in the room and the toilet is spacious, as well as a large screen TV, refrigerator, and microwave in the room! As for customer service, I was impressed by the friendly and warm owner and his wife's passion for cooking and their desire to improve with each renovation, which I got a glimpse of through our conversations. The explanation of the ingredients was very interesting! If I had to say three harsh things, I would be happy if the arrangement of a teapot or decanter in the room, the small teacup, and the retro tile pattern in the women's bath were carried over in some way to the women's bath after the renovation (lol)I have mixed feelings because I want as many people as possible to know about it, but at the same time I also have a possessive desire to not want them to know, but next time I really want to bring someone important to me!

I stayed in a Japanese-style room with two meals for two nights. The meals were delicious without any duplication. It's only one minute away from the ski resort. The room and the big bath are very clean. The owner of the B&B is very nice.

This is the first time I stayed in a B&B in Japan. This time I stayed from 2/5 to 2/8, 2024. I stayed for three nights with two meals (breakfast and dinner included). I stayed in a four-person room on the second and a half floor, and the whole family stayed. A very good impression and experience.🎿Location: The B&B is about 200 meters away from the bus station and the ski resort. It only takes 3-5 minutes to walk, which is very convenient.🏠Environment: There is a drying room on the first floor where you can store ski equipment; you need to change into indoor slippers when entering the entrance on the second floor. There was heavy snow in Tokyo and Nagano when we arrived on the first day. The host of the B&B also helped wipe the suitcases and rollers clean. Each B&B is kept very clean and warm; although there is no elevator, they will help carry luggage upstairs. The room is spacious and comfortable, with one bed per person and no need to squeeze in with children👍🏻. There is also a public bathing area.🍱Meals: I was worried that I would be exhausted after skiing or that it would be inconvenient to find food nearby, so I decided to order dinner from the beginning. The meals for the three-day stay, whether breakfast or dinner, are not repeated at all. There is dessert after dinner every day, which is made by the B&B proprietress herself. There are also various homemade foods for breakfast, and you can feel the full care of the B&B owner.I am looking forward to coming to Hakuba for skiing next time, and I will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended👍

It was a pity that there was no refrigerator in the room. I had to drink water in the middle of the night, so I had to settle for lukewarm water because it was a hassle to go to the refrigerator in the hallway.

This is the best small-sized hotel I have ever stayed in at ski resorts in Japan. The hotel is family-run, and the staff's hospitality is of a very high standard. It is a hotel that I really don't want to tell anyone about (I want it to remain a hidden gem).
