It was a reasonable accommodation. The bath was small considering the number of guests, so I hurried into the bath, making sure not to overlap with other people. Also, during dinner, the first beer I ordered didn't arrive, and when I asked if my order had been taken, I was told, "They're busy right now..." without checking. After waiting even longer, it was finally delivered, but there was no one to say, "Sorry to have kept you waiting." On the other hand, the food is brought out one after another at a fast pace, right up to the dessert.I'm not looking for the kind of customer service you'd get at a high-end hotel, and maybe it's because I only work part-time during the busy season, but it was a shame because the food was delicious.

Used in summer. The front desk and lobby cafeteria are clean, but the building with the bath felt old, but considering the price, that's to be expected. The rooms are very standard Japanese-style rooms, clean, well-located, and the staff are kind. I would stay here again if I had the chance. It was easy to get to Hakuba Iwatake Mountain Resort, about 8 minutes by car.

Although it is a long-established inn, the price is reasonable. The rice is delicious. Sashimi is not seafood, it's horse. The coffee that the old master makes is delicious.

I used it on Saturday and Sunday during Obon.It was a wonderful inn! I would definitely like to stay again!◎Delicious foodThe rice is just delicious. It's a group meal, and there's a wide variety of options. The quantity is also a little large. I serve the rice myself, so it's a moderate amount. Since it was after climbing a mountain, I couldn't eat anything at all.In the restaurant area, you could hear the sounds of bell insects and the sound of water in the pond in the tatami room at the back. It was cool outside, so a nice breeze came in and made me feel really comfortable.◎Hot springThe bath is not large and is small, but when I went there at night and in the morning, it was almost reserved. The hot springs were great because they made my skin smooth. Both the bath and changing room are clean.◯Large parking lotYou could stop at any time.

I actually came to stay for the first time, but it was about two weeks before I came to stay. I made a reservation over the phone about two weeks in advance to make a reservation at this inn. By the way, what about me? I'm not very good at making online reservations, so maybe I'll do it analog style? I called this ryokan directly to make a reservation.I called this ryokan and checked to see if it was possible to make reservations over the phone.I was told that this ryokan also accepts reservations over the phone. I asked you. I'm not good at making online reservations, so I was relieved and immediately made a reservation over the phone. Then, on the day I was going to stay the night, I arrived at this inn, went to the reception desk, and when I checked in for the night, the person at the inn said, ``We don't have any reservations...'' I was told,The day I came to stay the night, I was really shocked... I'm sure it was about two weeks ago? I should have made a reservation over the phone, but what about the receptionist at the inn? I was told, "We didn't have any reservations..."I was really looking forward to it, but I felt so disappointed, shocked, and sad...😢💧On the day I came to stay, there seemed to be a lot of empty rooms, and the receptionist at the inn kindly said, ``No problem, the room is ready,'' so I came to stay the night. I was really glad that I was able to stay there 😌 Also, the receptionist apologized and said, ``This (inn)'s receptionist made a mistake, and we are truly sorry.''On the day I came to stay the night, I was able to have a proper dinner and take a bath, so I was more relieved than anything, but I hope I don't make a mistake like this (mistake at the inn's reception desk) next time. I want to 😖
