I used it on a family trip for the first time in a while.It was a long trip of 4 hours since I was heading there from Nagoya, but the air was so clear that I felt no fatigue, and the room, bath, and BBQ were all comfortable.Even though I didn't ask about it during my stay, the staff went out of their way to contact me about recommended hot springs and shopping places, and I was impressed by how kind they were! Due to some circumstances, we had to postpone our stay for a year, but we would like to thank everyone who supported us over the past year and the staff on the day!

Great place for family and friends to spend time together on a weekend. There is a big open space on 2nd floor with lots of seating and a fully loaded kitchen. Our unit, D, is Modern and clean, with all top notch appliances never before seen in rental properties and came with a private semi outdoor onsen that could fit 3 people.If you have a few million and a plot of land - this is a house you will want to build for your family 🥰

I visited on a 3-day weekend, so it was pretty crowded.But the scenery is nice and the air is clean.Personally, I can't say that the food is that delicious. Also there are a lot of insects

I originally made a reservation for a room without a bathtub on the 20th. Because I was scheduled to go hiking in Hakuba, I decided to move the hiking date forward one day due to bad weather. Agoda seemed to be unable to change the check-in date, so I called the hotel to inquire about the possibility of being rejected. The service staff readily accepted our check-in one day early and proactively helped us upgrade our room type. The hotel's hardware equipment is also very innovative. The floors are heated, so you won't be too cold even if you stay in winter. The semi-open-air bath is also great! You can take a bath while looking at the red leaves outside the window, which is great! During your stay, the butler will also send messages to recommend nearby attractions. I would like to stay there again if I have the opportunity to go to Hakuba

I was surprised that not all bedrooms had air conditioners. Please turn on the air conditioner instead of installing a Dyson fan. I couldn't sleep in the middle of summer.
