A long-established hotel. There were many nice places too. However, I was also concerned about the other things that were just as wasteful.Too bad about the TV cableYou can't put anything near the water. When I sit on the toilet after drying the towel I used, I end up with a wet towel on my head...The pillows also look like they were from a while ago...Dining room where we had breakfast. It was a very nice and refreshing space.

The environment is quiet and the location is convenient. It only takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the outlet or Ginza Street. The staff's service attitude is excellent.

The Cp value is not high, but the location is really convenient, close to Unba Pond, old Ginza, and 10 minutes to JR. The hotel itself is relatively old.

Very good hotel, far from the station! But the parking lot in front of the door is huge! For our self-driving! Very convenient! Breakfast is western style! Very delicious! I don't usually eat western breakfast! …

A B&B with a very low CP value. It is a little far away from Karuizawa Station, but it is still within walking distance. There may be relatively few foreigners staying. The lady at the counter seemed at a loss. She couldn't communicate with simple English words. She relied entirely on Google. It requires a translator to understand, but in fact we can understand the Chinese characters in Japanese. He still insists on using translation software, but the overall attitude is still good. Before entering the room, you have to put on indoor slippers on the first floor and lock your shoes in the cabinet. However, there is no elevator here, so it will be very hard when you carry a 29-inch suitcase. You will bump into it when you go downstairs. The whole foot was bruised and it was very unfriendly to foreign tourists. We booked a room with two small beds. The room was like a private B&B in a rural tourist spot in Taiwan. There was a musty smell when entering the door. It would be better if we turned on the air conditioner. It would be better if there is a chance to dehumidify. Move the tables and chairs in the room to two It was in the middle of the bed that our luggage could be spread out. I thought the space was quite enough, but the light was very dim, with almost no electric lights. The toilet was also very dim, but it was clean, but the bed cover seemed not to be washed. I felt itchy all over my body, and a lot of rashes broke out the next morning. I originally thought that there was only the old-style hair dryer in the toilet. The air volume was very small and it was hot to the touch after blowing for a long time. However, I found out the next morning that there was a hair dryer inside the bath towel. There were not many people staying that day, but I could still vaguely hear the sound of other people's hair dryers. You have to check out at 10 am, which is really too early!

Stayed for 1 night. The customer service is courteous and it is a bit confusing at first to change into slippers when going from the front desk to your room, but it's easier now that you don't have to worry about shoes. Disposable slippers are also hygienic, and if your size is small, larger ones will be prepared at the front desk. The greenery you can see from your room is also soothing. I wish there was a full-length mirror in the room, and I guess everyone was paying attention to the noise in the room, so it didn't bother me that much. The food was delicious too!
