Bad experience in this guest house, end of July.Really dirty and no maintenance.Bathrooms are disgusting :- clogged shower with hair residue : I had to clean myself to have better water evacuation,- toothpaste splash marks and dirts on sinks,- dirty trash can with chewing gums and cotton makeup remover,- fingerprints on the windows …On top, we had a water break, and forced to wait a night to fill the tanks. Seems it was the water company responsibility.Poor breakfast, but there are some good restaurants around.

would never stay there.. toilets werent cleaned upon arrival, a dirty towel was there and no toilet paper. and lizards in room at a size of a woman’s arm and water was cut off. photos will explain all

The place was very dirty. I told it to the owner who told me he couldn't clean it...In addition to that, the walls are made of very thin wood so you can hear everything that happens in the next rooms... So you can't sleep.Very disappointing

Delod House is such a peaceful place! We loved staying here! It’s very quiet (you can barely hear the roosters crowing). The bed is very comfortable (NB: these are two single mattresses). The typical Balinese semi-outdoor bathroom. Wayan prepares some cupcakes and coffee/tea for breakfast.We had an electricity problem and Wayan came to fix it immediately!It's close to the beach and restaurants.It’s unbeatable in terms of quality/price ratio! We highly recommend!

The room is really nice and clean, AC works, the outdoor bathroom is very nice, shower has hot water. There is a small kitchen with a fridge. They prepared us breakfast with steamed cakes.

I absolutely loved staying here! I had originally planned on only staying 3 days but ended up staying 6. The property is located in a side street so it is super quiet and perfect to relax. The property manager Wayan is one of a kind and just an amazing human being! Always a smile on his face and was available at anytime.Every morning I was offered fresh Balinese cakes with tea or coffee and they were delicious. Wayan made sure to get a different selection everyday.The beds are super comfortable and have 4 soft pillows available to make it even more comfortable. I slept like a baby!The rooms could use a bit of plaster touch-up and a coat of fresh paint but that’s about all.The price for a nights stay is unbeatable. Do not think twice if you need an accommodation in the area, stay here!Thanks for everything Wayan!

Amazing price with the quality. Room is clean and quiet with good AC. There are only 3 rooms, so easy to use the shared kitchen with the fridge. Wifi is sometimes weak but basically okay.The host Wayan is so nice, he's always helpful.My favorite warung in Pemuteran is:①Warung makan Darma Jaya(cheap and good food options)②Warung mek siti(local and good quality, also cheap)③Jukung resto Bali(very reasonable price with good atmosphere and great sea view)④Lakawi(hamburger shop, a bit expensive but the taste is definitely above the price)

All you ever need. Wayan is a great Host and helpfull in whatever you need. Like bike rentals or recommendations for activities. Good Wifi, good AC, clean Linens...very quiet and near to good Restaurants and the Beach. Bali Koffee and cakes for breakfast. Highly recommended...great Value!

Stayed here in October 2023 and loved it! Tucked away in a less touristy area of Bali. The room is nice and minimalist with a big bathroom. Pak Budi is incredibly helpful and a generous person. Great price too!

First time staying here and everything is nice so far. Especially the service is 5-star service. Budi is the Man. The hot water works well, the aircon is working, quiet area, the kitchen we can use. Only 3 bedrooms. Car or bike parking is available. Definitely will come back.

We had a very good stay at Budi's, the accommodation is a real little corner of paradise in a non-touristy area, it's quiet and relaxing. The garden is very well maintained, lush and pleasant. Budi made sure we had the best stay at his place by preparing breakfast for us and offering us a taxi through a friend. The bedroom and bathroom at the back are large and clean. I recommend !

This was one of the best places we stayed at! Budi was amazing, he helped us out with anything we needed! He was so helpful and responded always super quick. He even arranged for our laundry to be cleaned (dropped and picked it up for us!).The room is spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. The half outside bathroom is super nice and all rooms have a nice terrace towards the garden where breakfast is served.The location is close to the beach and some good restaurants. It is more quite and not much going on, so maybe not for party people but for those who want to relax and have a nice couple of nights 🧡

We had a great stay at the idyllic Delods House. Budi made us a delicious breakfast in the morning, got us a scooter and a driver for our onward journey. He was super nice and helpful!We felt very comfortable. Highly Recommended!
