First of all, the location was good, being able to walk to Adventure World in about 15 minutes.Above all, the rice was very delicious and the French cuisine was exquisite. It was also nice that they changed the menu between the first and second nights. The staff were also kind. The stars were beautiful at night and the walk was fun.

It was my first time staying there. I was told that I could stay with my dog.I decided on a reasonable price as well.The room is quite spacious if you just want to sleep. 👏There was a little smellPlease leave the Five Breeze resettle as an amenity🙇♂️🙇♂️The bath was small but clean as mentioned in the reviews, but if you're in Shirahama, you'd want an open-air hot spring bath as well. I was surprised that there was no open-air hot spring bath🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️I don't like saunas, so I can't take outdoor cold baths❌❌❌Glamping seems like a good option.I'm sure the food is delicious, but on the Sunday we stayed this time, there were only two groups including us. It's true that we didn't see the other group for the meat shabu-shabu course, but the chef came out of the way to explain each dish. Probably because there is a huge difference in price 😱😱😱I would understand if there were a lot of customers, but even though there were only two groups, I felt like there was a difference between the rich and the poor. 😭😭😭I thought that if I was going to be treated like this, I should have stopped the shabu-shabu course. It was really unpleasant. 🤣🤣If there are few guests, it is better to avoid shabu-shabu.I thought there was a considerable difference.I will never be indebted to you again. I often go to Shirahama, but never here. 🤣🤣🤣Post without waiting for breakfast❌❌❌

When I visited the hot springs with my wife for a day trip,As soon as the receptionist at the front desk, a young man wearing glasses, saw my tattoo, he vehemently refused to let me take a bath❗️.Even though it's called a tattoo, it's just a little tattoo on my arm...This was my first time dealing with something like this.Since it's a resort area, foreigners with tattoos also come.In that case, of course, you decline the request⁉️I was really surprised.For those who have even the slightest tattoo,I really do not recommend this facility❗️❗️❗️There are other wonderful hot spring facilities in Shirahama that you can use even if you have a tattoo, so we recommend using them 👍

The only option for a twin room was to stay without meals, so I stayed in a cottage without meals.19,000 yen for 2 adults and a 1 year old child.I didn't notice any odor like other people have mentioned.However, I would like the outside lights to be LED so that insects won't be attracted to them.The insects that swarmed around the outside lights were so disgusting that I couldn't leave the cottage even though I wanted to take a bath at night.There were millipedes and over 10 spiders inside the cottage, and I had to ask my husband to take them outside many times.It looked like they had come to clean up the bugs.Spider cocoons all over the room...It's natural for spiders to be around because there's so much greenery around! Instead, guests pay money to come stay, so I wish they would at least check for insects and remove spider webs and cocoons when cleaning the inside of the cottage.Isn't that what hospitality is all about?The front door was poorly constructed and difficult to close and open.Since it is warped, there is a gap at the bottom, which is a passage for cockroaches, so I would like it to be repaired or replaced.There is a lot of dust around the curtains and windows, and small children touch them, so please clean the dust every time and wash the curtains regularly.Even though it wasn't check-out time yet, there was a knock on the door.I was tying the fishing line until the last minute, so I thought the time had passed while I wasn't looking at the clock, so I hurriedly packed up my fishing gear and headed out. When I looked at the clock, it wasn't 10 o'clock yet.I understand if someone was banging on the door because it was 10 o'clock, but I was a little annoyed that they were banging on the door even though it was already time, as if they were telling me to leave because other rooms had already left.When I'm in a hurry, I worry about forgetting something, and when I suddenly hear a loud thumping noise, I get startled.Even though the insects were unavoidable, it was a terrible ending.

It was very well managed. The food was delicious, the bathroom was clean, and there was a sauna, which was great. The employees were also polite and nice. This time I went with my dog in the summer, but I would like to visit again in the winter. Personally, I highly recommend this place as a place where you can stay with your pet. It was really good.

Stayed with my husband and my dog.The bath and view were beautiful.After checking in at 15:00, I immediately used the women's open-air bath and sauna.I took a bath at 15:05.It is assumed that there are no other customers using the bath at that time, and that the cleaning is done before the check-in company.Because the inner door of the sauna was not closed,After using the bath, I reported the above situation to the elderly male staff at the reception desk.(It was so hot that I couldn't grab the door...)When asked about the fact that the inner door was not closed, he immediately said, ``I think it was left as it was when it was used before.''Also, in response to reports, I simply nod my head.I had doubts about the response.First of all, it doesn't matter if the internal door wasn't closed because of the previous customer's fault or the staff's fault.Everyone can be careless.However, upon receiving this report from the customer,I was filled with regret that some of the staff were unable to express their gratitude or respond promptly.

After the Nankai Trough emergency warning was issued, I thought about canceling my planned trip to Shirahama, but in the end I decided to stay at this inn on a hill.I didn't have high expectations for the meal as I had made a last minute reservation, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious and satisfying.Since I was bringing my dog with me, I was able to spend time at my own pace in the cottage without having to worry about my surroundings.The customer service from the front desk was very pleasant, and it was an enjoyable stay. thank you very much.(It would be even better if there is a plan that allows you to eat dinner with your dog.)
