The location and smell of the accommodation are too strong for the price, and there is no elevator. If you have to go outside, be sure to ventilate before going out.

The room is very old, and the old carpet and old slippers are not very comfortable. Fortunately, I brought indoor slippers. There was also mold in the bathroom, and I felt like the cleaning staff didn't take care of the bathroom. There is a small refrigerator in the room, but no kettle and cups. There is a public space on the second floor with a washing machine and a kitchen. It is the only comfortable space. You can buy things and eat at the dining table on the second floor, which is more comfortable than in the room. The convenience supermarket is nearby, which is also convenient. The staff are nice, but the rooms really need a refurbishment. It is close to the fishing port and fish market, and there is also a production and marketing center where you can buy meals, but it doesn't feel cheaper or better in quality. It's better to go to an outside restaurant to eat.

shared space is really nice, both on this building and the one near the station. the room is old but a well renovated tatami room with a very comfortable futon. it is close to the maguro auction and the market so the location is not bad as well.

The service attitude is very bad, the rooms are old, there is no elevator, it is extremely inconvenient, there are few parking spaces, and you have to go to other places to check in. When a problem arises, the communication attitude is one of being in a state of being in love and showing what an outsider can do. After seeking help from the platform, the platform went to the agent to negotiate, and the hotel also acted like it was just what they wanted. Very disgusting and gives a bad impression of the entire area.

If you're lucky, you might be able to watch the market auction from your room early in the morning. It's in the perfect location for wandering around Katsuura town. The people at the front desk were also kind and polite, making it a relaxing stay.

I loved it in the hotel. Double room with private bathroom and Western-style beds for two...with a view of the port on one side and the tuna market on the front...you can see from your bed how they are arranging the daily catch for sale.... The other was a triple room with a view but with futons...it's hard to get up if you're not used to it. but the experience is worth it. There is a common area with a kitchen equipped with space for entertaining and recreation. I contacted them by email months in advance and I had no problems. I recommend Nachi(kii) katsuura to make a stop on the trip...tour the Kumano Sanzan and enjoy the onsen and small towns on the shores of these beautiful coasts of the Kii peninsula.
