The bath is very clean and the sauna is also good. Unfortunately, the water bath was too lukewarm. What's even more disappointing is that there are a lot of people with tattoos (not tattoos, just full tattoos) coming into the baths and saunas, and there's no sign saying no to people with tattoos, so I suspect the hotel is related to that. As much as I can put it away. There are so many people with tattoos that come to take a bath, so the general public doesn't feel safe taking a bath. There are people posting similar things about tattoos, but I'm even more concerned about the lack of response or response from the hotel. It's a really good hotel, so I'd like to see some countermeasures and answers before any strange rumors start. Rural areas are small, so rumors spread quickly, and I've been hearing more and more about them lately. Thank you very much for your response.

I took a day trip bath. The price is 600 yen. Purchase at the ticket vending machine right at the entrance. 1000 yen if it includes a sauna.Do shampoo, conditioner, and soap contain charcoal? There was some resistance, but I felt relieved. There were 8 washing areas, which I thought were open-air baths, but were actually cold baths.

==Only about the sauna==I used it for a day trip bath (sauna).I think it's reasonable that the bathing fee is different for people who use the sauna and people who don't use the sauna. The sauna is a dry sauna for both men and women. It's clean, spacious, and the temperature is high enough! There are three chairs set up outside, which is also great. As a customer, I'm glad that it's not that crowded. However, the water bath was lukewarm, or maybe it was tap water.Spring was nice, but summer was frankly lukewarm. In the future, if a chiller is installed in the water bath, it will be full marks. It's a waste because the sauna room is the best.Sauna lovers will be disappointed during the season when the tap water is lukewarm. It would be great if that water bath had hot spring water at 15 degrees. This is one of the few sauna facilities in Shingu City, and I hope it stays open for a long time.

The facility is clean and has a good atmosphere, but I often see people with tattoos just wandering in. There is still a sense of fear and intimidation towards tattoos, so I feel there is a need to put restrictions on them. There are many customers who come with their families, so I would like them to provide a place where they can have a comfortable time with some restrictions.

During the Kumano Fireworks Festival, I left my car in Shingu, one station away, and after the festival, I moved there and stayed the night!I used it on that occasion!I was able to use the bath until 3 o'clock, which was usually open until 12 o'clock, which was very helpful! It was a new and clean facility, but I was a little disappointed that you couldn't use the public bath in the morning, and it was a bit lukewarm for me, who likes hot baths! The open-air bath also has natural hot spring water, but I thought it would be nice if it could be heated.

Accommodation use.Unfortunately① I can't use the public bath in the morning.②The water bath is lukewarm.③Is it a hot spring? I felt that.④I can't say that the cost performance is good.⑤Wi-Fi is weak.⑥The walls are thin so you can hear the voices next door.Good pointNew and clean. The sauna is pretty hot and GOOD.The hair dryer is also powerful and GOOD.I'm glad that rock ice is also available for free. There's a microwave in the room, a big TV, and most of all, I'm glad that there are fewer traffic lines in the building.

I used it for an overnight stay. It's still a new facility, so it's very clean and the hot springs were nice. What was disappointing was the smell of cigarettes. The smell from the smoking area was leaking and it was very unpleasant. The front desk also smells like cigarettes. The changing room at the hot spring was also filled with the smell of cigarettes, which was the worst after taking a bath.If it wasn't for that, I would have liked to use it again, but it's a shame.

Used for day trip bathing. It's new and clean, with an open-air bath, and all the shampoos provided are charcoal-based.This is the closest hot spring.

I used it at a day trip hot spring. The sauna was hot and smelled like wood. The new bathroom had charcoal shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, and the shower had good water pressure and was easy to wash.Since it's summer, the water bath may be 1-2 degrees cooler.I was able to relax in the bed outside. Also, the outside bath, which is 100% free-flowing from the source and does not require heating or heating, was cooler than my body temperature and felt good after the sauna. The dryer was a blast type and was good. The hotel facilities are new and I would like to stay there next time.

I used the hot springs for a day trip.First of all, the changing and washing areas were so clean that I wanted to take a photo. The hot springs felt really good too.The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were made of charcoal, which was the first time I had seen them, and I thought they were new.I will use it again.
