I visited as a family of three (child 4 years old).good points・It is good to be close to Ogizawa・The main building is in disrepair, but the 5th floor of the west building seems to have been renovated and the rooms are clean.・The bath is large and the quality of the spring water is good.・It's also good to have picture books in a lounge area on the first floor.・I was happy to have all-you-can-drink oden, meat buns, beer, and coffee during happy hour (15:00 to 17:00). It would be even better if they also have juice for children.・It's good that dinner is all-you-can-drink. The only delicious things at dinner were pears and pears.・Chinese? Many tourists thought that, but it didn't leave a particularly bad impression as I expected.Points of concern・Only the 5th floor of the west building has uniform air conditioning, so it was so hot that I felt uncomfortable. I would also like to be able to turn on air conditioning. It's hot, so when I opened the window, I saw a huge bee and three stink bugs inside the screen door, and they came into the room, so I had no choice but to exterminate the insects. .Thank you for lending me a fan, but it's still hot. In that case, it would have been better to have them start in a different room from the beginning.・The elevator was under repair and could not be used, which was inconvenient. Normally I wouldn't think about it that much, but I didn't have the energy to climb the stairs because I climbed so many stairs while sightseeing at Kurobe Dam.・No view from the room

This is a large tourist hotel with a hot spring. On that day, it was full of Chinese groups. I had a little conversation in English with a Malaysian person. It's certainly old, but I think they're making a sales effort.I thought.

We recommend the buffet meal with unlimited alcohol.I stayed in one of the rooms, but I highly recommend it as it's a cheap place to stay with only a few stairs and a small space.

We had a great stay here. Me and my partner are both vegetarians and we felt extremely well looked after. The buffet selection at breakfast and in the evening for dinner is broad and very generous. The selection for us however was a little trickier owing to the vegetarianism. But, once we told the staff about this, they did everything they could to accommodate us. They even reserved us a table for both meals. The breakfast we could do without any special treatment, but in the evening, the chefs prepared us something special for every night we stayed there (3). Nothing was a problem or an issue and we were so appreciative of their efforts to make sure we got enough to eat. My advice to vegans and vegetarians staying here is to let the staff know well in advance of what you can and can’t eat. For me, I have nothing to complain about and want to thank the hotel on their great service. Would recommend.

Our destination was Tsugaike Plateau, but we stayed overnight because we were going to visit the Azumino Chihiro Art Museum. It is a very convenient location for sightseeing in Omachi.A family of monkeys came to the open-air bath, and the cute baby monkeys were very lively. The Tsugaike Plateau was a rewarding walk in early autumn.

The breakfast and dinner buffet was so good that there was so much variety that I couldn't finish it all. The eel and crab for dinner were especially great.

stay. There was no information about where to eat dinner or where to take a bath, soIf there was no verbal guidance, I would have liked to have had guidance in the guest room. The room was basically clean, but there was a distinct mold-like smell when I entered the room. The bath was large and comfortable. The all-you-can-eat dinner was luxurious and delicious with eel and steak.All-you-can-drink alcohol is amazing. However, it is difficult to judge whether a seat is free or in use, and it is also difficult to know who has secured which seat, so if you want to check at the entrance, it is better to hand over the tag of the seat being used instead of leaving it there. I think there could be some improvement.
