We are traveling by motorcycle. Parking at the hotel is convenient. The room is large and clean. It has all the imaginable facilities. It’s a great hotel!

My partner and I recently went on a self-driving trip and stayed at Crystalexe nankishirahama 1 for 3 days and 2 nights. It was a fantastic experience.First of all, parking was very convenient with a spot right next to the house, so we didn't have to worry about finding a parking space. We arrived at 11 PM, and the staff was very considerate, sending us an email in advance to inform us how to retrieve the room key from a password-protected mailbox. This was very thoughtful of them.The room was spacious and extremely clean, equipped with all the necessary household appliances and kitchen facilities. It truly felt just like home. We drove to the nearby Aeon mall to buy wagyu beef and other groceries, and cooked our own meals back at the house. We also enjoyed a relaxing bath and used the washing machine to do our laundry.In the morning, we could enjoy a splendid view of the sea from the balcony, which was very refreshing.Returning the room was also very convenient; we only needed to walk approximately 100 meters uphill to the service center to return the keys. If we ever visit Wakayama again, we will definitely consider staying here once more.

It's the worst service, I don't want to give even one star, because there is a possibility of a huge earthquake, so when I asked in advance if I could cancel for free, I was told that it was possible, and when I contacted them later, I was told that it was not possible. , If that's the case, I wish they would have made such a statement from the beginning and clearly stated that they couldn't do it.In the first place, I was worried that there was a possibility of a huge earthquake that could be life-threatening, so I contacted them to cancel, but I don't understand why it wasn't a blanket cancellation. I won't go. Not only is there a possibility of an earthquake, but there is also a typhoon, so even if I tell them that my plans have been disrupted and that I have contacted them in advance, they are unable to give me any flexibility at all, as transportation will not be stopped due to the typhoon. Does that mean you can come because you haven't stopped even in the pouring rain? I wish they would have provided a more considerate service instead of making judgments and comments that disregarded the health and safety of their customers.

I made a reservation on Agoda 🗝✅The location of this place is not very good, but the parking lot is free, it's cheaper than a normal hotel, it's bigger, and above all, it's beautiful 🅿️🚗🫧✨✨I didn't know how to read the email, so I looked up reviews to find out how to check in, but first I had to pick up the key at the Shirahama General Information Center!After 7pm, it will be in the mail and you will receive a number via email, so it's best to get there early! Check-in itself is possible from 15:00! Parking is on the right side and behind the entrance! The side of the entrance? There is a sign saying where you can park 🈁There was a key box behind the intercom for the room key! Enter your PIN, get your key, go inside and take the escalator to your room! The room number is written on the key! I stayed in a Japanese-style room, so I looked at room 205 twice! The room was very clean and had everything you needed including a kitchen, so it was a comfortable stay! I took the futon out of the closet and laid it out!! ️🙆♀️It was a great stay! If I go again, I want to stay here 🐶 Sorry to bother you (^_^)/~~~

The space was big enough and there were kitchen in the room. You can cook whatever you want. The bathroom was so nice. It also provided free parking near the accommodation. Highly recommend if you want an affordable room with great atmosphere.

Please make sure to check whether you have received an email regarding check-in, etc.I hadn't received it.Clothes and bathroom dryers could not be used.When I woke up in the morning and checked the laundry, it wasn't dry, so I hurriedly dried it with the hair dryer, and I was tired from the morning.The water pressure of the shower head was so weak that I couldn't really tell how effective it was.The room was clean, but the noise from other rooms was not good.
