I stayed here with my family of 3 on October 6th. The customer service from the front desk staff was excellent, and my 2-year-old son never got bored and was able to spend the entire time comfortably. There were also plenty of services for small children, which made me want to come back again.

There were 11 people in total, and three of them stayed in a three-person room. When we checked in, the receptionist told us that there was a large bed and a small bed, as well as a Japanese room, and asked us if we could accept it. In fact, we only had two small beds plus a Japanese room. When confirming at the counter, they said they had never said anything about one large bed and one small bed, but all 11 people heard it and said that our hotel only had this type of room. They refused to admit it and had a very bad attitude.

2024.9 Twin room without mealsThe view from the room was very good.The tourist spots Senjojiki and Saki no Yu♨️ are also within walking distance. Sandanbeki and Engetsu Island are a little far to walk.The hot spring has a sauna and the quality of the spring water is good.The room was spacious and clean, but the plumbing? I woke up several times to the sound.I think the cost performance is good.

There were no particular complaints.You can walk to Shirarahama Beach, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby.Apparently the smoking room is fixed on the 3rd floor.Even with that in mind, the ocean view from the window is amazing.

I went on a family trip.The main thing was swimming at Shirarahama Beach, but I arrived before check-in and rented a changing room by the pool.There were many foreigners at the front desk and restaurant, but we had no problems.We took a hot spring bath, had fireworks next to the hotel after dinner, and the breakfast buffet was great with a wide variety of choices.The child seemed to enjoy the green onion fatty tuna for breakfast, and ate it as a green onion fatty tuna bowl.I'm glad I had some good memories.

My first trip to Wakayama. I was disappointed that all the beaches were closed due to the Nankai Trough temporary information.The hotel has a pool and the grandchildrenWe had fun playing.I can see the sea from my hotel room.It was good.

Since my child was small, we stayed on the 10th floor.The room was very spacious and felt luxurious, and it had Alexa, which I got a little addicted to using.The hot springs and meals were on the lower floors, so I thought there was a good view...but the view was amazing!If you choose a later time for breakfast, the amount will be reduced due to food waste, so we recommend having breakfast earlier.

I liked the fact that you could walk to Shirahama, the large public bath was shallow so you could enjoy it even with children, and the rooms were clean.

The breakfast is quite rich and tastes good. The hot spring ♨️ is hot enough, and the outdoor hot spring is very comfortable in June. The room looks out onto the harbor, with the White Marina Bay clearly visible. It feels very refreshing in the morning.

This photo was taken on the way up to the hotel, and the other one is the view from the room, but it seems that it was renovated a few years ago and the inside was very clean.The bath is large and has an open-air bath, and is very comfortable.The view from the restaurant where we ate was good, and it felt like Shirahama.

I made a reservation through Rakuten Travel and stayed for 2 nights in March 2024. It was a trip to Shirahama with three generations, including my mother who is in her 80s. Since we stayed for 2 nights, we changed our dinner. I was happy with your consideration. I was very satisfied with the quantity and taste. The hot spring water was good and it was a good size so I was able to spend a comfortable time without having to walk around the hotel. It seems that an inn of this size was good for my elderly mother.The price is reasonable and I look forward to working with you again.You can see Shirarahama from your room. It was lit up at night and was beautiful.

There is no air conditioning in the room.It seems like the entire building is air conditioned, but when I stayed during Golden Week, they didn't turn on the air conditioning and it was very hot.The breakfast venue was also not air-conditioned, although several people had pointed out that it was hot.All of the staff are foreigners, but they are very courteous and you can feel their hospitality.

I wanted to go to Adventure World, so I searched for a place nearby and found this hotel.There was a picture of a panda, and it looked a little childish, but other than the panda, it was a normal room with a bed.The view is very good and spectacular! !I chose a plan that included breakfast but not dinner.Buy delicious-looking seafood at Toretore Market,I bought some side dishes and beer from a local supermarket and brought them in, so even if I had small children with me, I was able to enjoy some delicious food slowly without having to worry about the people around me!The hot water makes the bath smooth, and although there is a smell of sulfur, I took a bath three times! It was a hot bath. The temperature of the open-air bath is the best!Breakfast often comes with rice, and I can't tell you how many times I've eaten white rice! ! It was too delicious.My mother lost something important.I told the front desk just to be sure, and when I checked out, they found me a few hours later! There was a phone call.It was really nice of you to be so kind.I plan to use it again.Most of the staff were foreigners.I'm glad everyone was so polite! !thank you very much! !

I stayed there, and it felt like the price was reasonable.The breakfast buffet was good.Many of the staff were foreigners, but there was no problem.There is a slight problem with the bathroom.The open air is nice, but the gutters are dirty.Is the problem an indoor bath with free flowing water? I wonder if we are throwing away too much water no matter how much we try.When I looked closely, I saw that it was mixed with hot water, but I wonder if there was too much water, and I don't know the temperature at which it was carefully selected.In that case, all you have to do is restrict the amount of water from the source with a valve.The drain looked like a pool, which was unpleasant.I wish they would do better, water is not infinite.It seems that the specifications were the same for both men and women.

It's an old facility, but it's been remodeled and kept clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and the sea view from the rooms is great.After returning home, I found out that a member of my group had left their clothes and car keys at the hotel after checking out. I contacted them and received them well packaged and sent via international mail. Thank you so much. The hot springs are also really good and I would like to visit again and fully enjoy it. It was a pleasant memory of my trip to Shirahama.
