Simply brilliant!Location with pure nature: crested langurs, macaques, deer, a wild boar, kingfishers, and especially the coral reef right on the doorstep with colorful fish (and with a bit of luck also sea turtles).Quiet, clean, excellent service, good food, away from mass tourism - we thoroughly enjoyed it!

This is what Bali must have been like a half-century ago, but with modern amenities. We pre-planned our trip to explore Bali with several places to stay. Next time we'll just stay here. It is so peaceful. Deer, macaques, langurs and occasional friendly wild boar roam around the resort. The snorkeling Right off the resort Pier is Utterly amazing.

Unforgettable experience. Take a boat to a wooden dock with water so clear, one can see the fish in the water. Lovely staff was there to welcome us with smiles and escort us along coral paths to private villas overlooking the sea. Deer stroll by while families of monkeys keep guests entertained.Waterside open air restaurant by the little wooden pier has the sweetest staff, superior dining and beautiful view.Serene and secluded, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoyed every moment!

Stepping on to the boat for transfer across the bay to Nusa bay hotel is the start of stepping into another world. A serene oasis, no cars, but warm welcoming staff. …

This stay had a mixed feeling. The rooms are absolutely incredible, comfortable, very clean and with a great view over the sea! And the staff carrying out your bags is extremely comfortable under that hot weather. But then there is the rest that was very below the expectations. For the high price that you need to pay to stay at this resort you are expecting high quality service, but unfortunately you don't get it. Starting with the chairs on the beach that are not that easy to adjust and the sun hats that are broken, the masks they provide don't seem to be clean between utilizations and the hammock bed it's impossible to use. Since at the resort there is only one place to eat, you would also expect that the food would be incredible, lots of variety and some flexibility from the staff. But that doesn't happen, even though the menu is very big only some plates are tasty (just as an example we ordered patatas bravas and they brought us normal cooked potatoes with butter sauce and when we asked for the red sauce they replaced it for normal chilli sauce, and so on with other dishes). Also the massages, that are expensive for the Indonesian standard, you expect that they have a high quality and that will be done in a nice place, however the quality is nearly the same as the normal ones you can do in the street for a much cheaper price. You go to a room away from the sea serenity, you don't listen to nature sounds, just the AC and they don't even play music. It is nice to sleep under the sound of the waves and to do snorkeling on the resort with less people than usual (in Gili islands you can see much more wildlife variety under the sea), but I would not pay this much to return to NusaBay.

Paradise on earth ! We had an amazing stay, the hotel and rooms are beautiful, in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature and environment (seeing deer and black monkeys everyday is just exceptional). The snorkeling and trekking was just fantastic as well. The staff, their smiles and kindness made our stay even more exceptional ! The level of service is amazing, and we would love to come back with friends and family. Thank you so much for this beautiful experience !

Fantastic place, in an unspoilt part of Bali; the animals roam freely in the area, the underwater world is within walking distance and all the staff does everything to make you happy. The room we stayed in was large, clean and luxurious. The children's room in another house was just as nice and smaller. The food is delicious, sometimes monkeys steal the bread from your table ;)We had a nice snorkeling trip where we saw turtles and a variety of fish.We stayed 3 nights but would have liked to stay longer!

True Bali. Quite, isolated, beautiful beaches and all private. Far from the center but worth to come to spend the time. Would definitely to come again.

The probably best three nights we had in Bali! The location was fantastic. Food was good and snorkeling the house reef was also nice! The snorkeling trips to Menjangan however were superb! Fantastic diving/snorkeling. Always saw large turtles, sea snakes, squid, moray eels, lots of fish…! If I‘d ever come back to Bali, I‘d only spend my time here!
