I stayed for two nights and was able to fully enjoy the main building's breakfast and lunch buffets, sauna, pool, open-air bath, gym, and table tennis. I was able to relax and watch TV in the living room of the residence. I only sleep in the residence, so I have no complaints!

A stylish room completely designed for young peopleNot bad, but average.The exposed concrete is nice, but it feels inorganic and cold in the winter☝️There is a bathtub 🛀 in the room, but if you want to take a hot spring ♨, you should go to the main building, and you can also eat in the main building, so if you come here for work, I would like you to stay in the main building. . .Unfortunately, there were a few long hairs on the bathroom floor.

The hotel is expensive and advertises two more affordable annexes built next door. There is no breakfast in these annexes, but you can make your own in the attached kitchen or eat breakfast in the bakery to the left of the entrance to the main building. The bread is delicious and the rooms in the annex are new, but they're half-baked. In my case, I just slept, so there was no particular problem. All in all, the stay was very good.

Stayed at RESIDENCE KEY1There is a bath in the room, but the public bath is moved to the main building.Some reviews said it was inconvenient, but it didn't bother me at all.In fact, I was able to use all the facilities in the main building, and KEY1 had a shared large living room, terrace, and kitchen, so I didn't use the kitchen.The living room and terrace were very relaxing, and I felt more relaxed and satisfied spending time in the living room than in my room.It was fun to greet other guests.(I forgot to take a photo, so there is only the pool in the main building.)

Does it feel like a long-term condominium? You don't need a family or a view, you can use the main building Seymour.It is recommended for people who just want to sleep.I was traveling alone for 2 nights and 3 days, so the key to this is to reserve on the 1st floor.There are sofas, a large TV, and terrace seats, so you can save space.However, there are only vending machines and alcohol. is only available in the main buildingThe foam face wash, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the unit bath and toilet smelled good and were of good quality.If you go to the hot springs in the main building, you can use the Polar shampoo, conditioner bar.The container comes with a lid, so you can choose your favorite scent and take it home to use. I guess you can do it. Even when you travel, you don't spend a lot of time relaxing in your room. Of course, the room was nice. I like the exposed concrete with indirect lighting. It's a bit annoying not to go outside for a while to eat. However, I recommend that you save money and get the service at the main building.

It was a nice and clean room. You have to go to the main building for the hot springs, but you can also eat there.

Terrible!!! There is NO hotel staff attended, no one will serve you and help.
The check-in counter is actually located at another hotel (Key Terrace), but not at seamore residence!!!

I dared to give it two stars.Although it looks like that, there is no elevator.It's a 3-story building, so you can carry a lot of luggage when traveling.I don't think it's a problem for young people, but it's not a problem for elderly people or people with physical disabilities.Also, it would be a pain to go to the hot springs if they are not inside a building, and the parking lot is a gravel parking lot. I wouldn't choose any of them if I knew them in advance, so please give me directions to the hotel in easy-to-understand terms.It doesn't matter how good the view is.

No-nonsense hotel where you check in at the reception of their larger sister hotel then you have a beautiful modern room and you can also enter their spa / onsen which is one of the most beautiful I’ve been to. For free. They have a large sign written NO TATTOOS but I saw some heavily tattooed Japanese guys so walked in. No one seemed to care.

I've been there many times for work, but I've never stayed in the main building.I think the food and facilities are excellent, but it gets crowded.

Beware of that hotel. The so called standard rooms are a scam. Although all pictures show the building with large windows, you will get a dark hole with totally dirty, small windows and a moldy ac. The only good thing was the onsen in the main building, which is really nice.

It's a renovated hotel🏨The interior is made of concrete.To take a bath, go to the main building. Great view!There is a shared living space and kitchen.The window in the room did not open.The unit bath is spacious.Some people were staying overnight without meals and eating their lunch boxes in the kitchen.Check in and check out at the main buildingWe only included breakfast, but we ate it in a part of the main building with a nice view.All you can eat famous bread🍞🥐🍞Souvenir bread was sold next to the entrance of the main building.There is also a cafe where you can eat on the spot.Wakayama specialty Nanko plum comes in 4 typesThe buffet was delicious.I would like to stay at the main building next time.

I couldn't sleep at all because people who I didn't know whether they were guests or not were making a fuss on the terrace and the free space in the hotel that anyone could enter until midnight. The door that could be opened with a key was always left open and there was no security, so unless there was at least one staff member, it was just a lawless area and I wouldn't be able to stay in peace.

The residence was too expensive to be enjoyable. It was not very clean when we arrived and there is no elevator. In general the facility is run down. The garden is badly run down: The pool was half filled with brown water and some trash and some tables in the yard are falling apart from rust. It‘s nice to be able to use some of the facilities of the hotel (Onsen) but also a bit funny that they charge 1000 yen for the fitness, with the room being this expensive. These buildings are in dire need of an overhaul. Without it it was never worth the price.

The residence was side by side with the hotel. Guests could share all the facilities in the hotel, which was a great merit. Carpark was along the road or opposite the hotel and was free of charge. Shuttle bus service was provided, but the frequency was not enough. The location was very good. Famous photographic points were near. The main beach and other local restaurants were not far away. The natural onsen facing the sea was within walking distance. However, the three stories onsen inside the hotel were excellent, though the visitors in the paid area of the Midsea Observation Tower could watch the naked people in the onsens if they were too close to the glass wall. Front desk staff could speak English well. The souvenir shop contained the major items for shopping. The bakery was a nice place to have breakfast or afternoon tea. There were other eateries here, but the price was a bit higher. Guests could eat in another area near the ocean to enjoy the view. The free foot bath infinity pool was a perfect sitting spot to watch the sunset. Bicycle was available for rental. There was a shared kitchen and a common area with TV in the residence. The door leading to the rooms was not easy to open. Only stairway was built in the block, so heavy luggage was a problem. The decoration in the room was basic. The number of electrical sockets was adequate. The ground level of the washroom was quite high. A plastic hanger was put inside, probably for hanging used swimming suits, which was very helpful. The desk was narrow, but the refrigerator was large for storing the cold drinks during summer. A small insect was found on the curtain, guessed not harmful to human beings. Japanese style bathrobes were given free. Overall experience was great.

We stayed here because the main building was full.You can stay in a decent bed at a low price in Shirahama. The water area is beautiful.There were some downsides, both big and small, but the accommodation fee was cheap so we could make a compromise.

A very relaxing resort hotel in shirahama! Rooms are spacious though we did not book rooms with seaview. Carpet inside room looks bit old but its fine. Infinity foot bath on g/f is so nice. A very decent cafe next to the foot bath with cute breads and lovely coffee. There is a pool next to the footbath and it s also very nice! The onsen on b/f is great and there are salt bath as well! Hotel itself is just next to the beach, we played fireworks after dinner at night (allowed to play before 11pm in japan) The meal is delicious with fish as main course u can choose grilled or pot. Better reserve table seat if not feel good sitting on tatami. So much fun to come as family or alone!
