My husband and I used it during a three-day holiday in October.It is located a 2-minute walk from Nagano Station (Zenkoji Exit), and there is a convenience store and karaoke in the same building, as well as many restaurants in the surrounding area.The room we stayed in was small, but the amenity corner was well-stocked and there was an ice machine (with a cup so you could take it back to your room), which was very convenient.The bath is a common unit bath type and not large, but I used it with bath salts in it.There was a lot of black mold on the gasket in the bathroom, probably due to poor ventilation. It was so noticeable that I thought it had been going on for quite some time.You can hear conversations and loud noises from the hallway and the next room.

If you're going to stay in Nagano City, it's best to stay near the station.Since you need to take a bus to go to sightseeing spots, choosing a hotel near the station near the rotary was a great decision.You can go to the hot springs by bus or train, but the hot springs♨️ If you prioritize this, it will be far from the station. Nagano Prefecture is large, so we recommend this hotel.

Just a few minutes across the viaduct from Nagano Station, it is convenient for restaurants and souvenir purchases.The building is relatively new and the room was clean. Some reviews said that there was hair in the bathroom and sheets, but it was very clean and we had a comfortable stay for two nights. There were plenty of amenities, and I received apple juice as a welcome drink.Although it was a unit bath, the bathtub was spacious and I was able to take a relaxing bath after adding the bath salts.It is said to be a cold storage, not a refrigerator, but I think it was normally cold.The breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, and I was a little disappointed that there weren't any dishes made with local apples, but since I was leaving early for sightseeing, I thought it was just the right amount.

The lobby is on the 5th floor of the building where Don Quijote is located, across the passage on the 2nd floor from Nagano Station.Since there is Donki, it is very convenient to use it instead of a convenience store ✨It would be nice if check-in could be completed quickly from the terminal ☺The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well so it was a bit cold.Of course you can adjust it!Breakfast is not that luxurious!!There were many variations and it was delicious 😋All the other hotels on the same day were expensive, but this one was cheap and kind.It is recommended as it can be used for visiting Zenkoji Temple or for a day trip to Karuizawa.

Convenient hotel very close to Nagano Station. The staff was very kind. The room has a correct size and the bed was confortable and big. Very clean. The breakfast was nice but not unforgettable. A lot of amenities you can use for free in the lobby.

I stayed for 6 consecutive days. Amenities are brought to your room at the front desk. The amenities are very complete, and the tea pack carries T-Earth. We even have beauty serum packs and hair packs available. For hygiene reasons, there will always be cleaning on the third day. I was thinking of ordering cool delivery, but they don't offer cool delivery, but Kuroneko Takkyubin does. You can also rent hair irons and reading lights. I didn't order breakfast this time, but breakfast is also available. There is a Lawson under the same building, and across the street there is Isomaru Suisan and an izakaya. Nagano Station is also nearby, and Don Quijote is also next door. Access is quite good. In addition to the rental items, I also borrowed a paring knife, nail clippers, and a blanket from the front desk. I was left with a very good impression of how each and every staff member treated me.
