Wouldnt do it again paid a motza and personally just didnt cut it i dont think.
Staff were polite but not very helpful when it come to transport arrangements got told off for kicking a soccer ball on the lawns out front out the way with my 8 yr old son thought was a bit poor

I went there because I like Toy Story, and it was so cute to see my favorite character, Ham, holding the Little Green Men with a crane truck ❤️It was really relaxing.Moreover, the accommodation was cheap even in Disney, so I was able to eat three good meals, so I was satisfied.

I have stayed at various Disney hotels many times, but this was my first time here and it had just opened, so I didn't know what to expect, so before I stayed, I called to inquire about transportation, but the first person I met was an older, enthusiastic woman. came out and was immediately replaced by the front desk clerk. (The person who sorted the calls?) Before I could ask what I wanted to ask, the young woman at the front desk interrupted me and took everything about my stay, including my name and the date of my stay, and then asked, ``What is it?'' Ta. I wanted to ask about transportation from the airport and about checked baggage since it was before check-in, but from her point of view, she must have been fed up with this, and answered with a strange pause and a sigh. On top of that, I don't know if it's on purpose or not, but I don't answer properly. I just wanted to ask if there is a shuttle bus from the airport to the front of the hotel, but why not ask the bus company about the bus? This is the front desk. That's what I said. Furthermore, regarding the luggage, I was told that it would be replaced by someone more knowledgeable, and then passed it on to another staff member. I was so upset by the terrible treatment I received that I regret forgetting to ask for his name.After that, it was the day of my stay, and although there was a long line to drop off my luggage, there were only two staff members there. After finally dropping off my luggage, I was asked to go through the formalities first at the front desk, where I had to wait in a long line again. There are only 2 front staff. Inside, seven or eight staff members are celebrating the birthdays of one group of guests by singing loudly. The staff scattered around the lobby will only guide you to the front desk and baggage drop-off line, as well as provide directions to the restrooms and the park. Guests are waiting in long lines, looking at the staff who seem to be bored, and are frustrated because they want to get to the park as soon as possible. When it was finally our turn, the very excited front desk staff explained the check-in procedure to us while making jokes and making jokes, but more than that, the whole process was smooth. I think it's necessary. In the end, I was asked if I had received the child's pajamas at the baggage drop-off, and I replied that I had not been asked about that, and she replied, ``If it's true, I'll have you go to the baggage drop-off again, but this time, I'll have to give you a special pair of pajamas.'' We'll prepare it for you!'' It was a disappointing service.But the facility was new and cute.Overall, I'm fine here.

I am truly a big fan of toy story, so stayed in this hotel is an unbelievable experience for me.You need to book this hotel h-3 months before your arrival. You have an early entry for visiting disneyland the day after you stay in this hotel.The queue in checkin process is quite long but understandable.The language barrier also understandable, they’re tryin to help even with the limitations.It was just a misunderstanding, that i had to check out in the morning before visiting the themepark (as far as i know, we can re-entry the themepark).But overall it was a great stay & unforgettable experience (yea at least for me).The park in front of the hotel is just a photo-spot, not a real playground.The decoration is amazinggg ❤️😭

It's cheap, it's nearby, and if you can make a reservation, there's nothing to say! The buffet also has a large selection of items. However, the staff's customer service at check-in was overbearing, and it felt tiring to be exhausted in the park. I think it's okay to be normal! Just be normal. There's been a lot written about there being people with bad attitudes. . I think the employees will be tired too.

Stayed at Toy Story Hotel in Tokyo Disney Resort on July 24, 2024. This trip purchased Vacation Packages, so you need to go to Toy Story Hotel to pick up the relevant package and place your luggage before setting off to Tokyo Disneyland. The hotel facilities are full of childlike fun, with Toy Story characters everywhere. There are also various protagonist dolls from Toy Story in the outdoor vestibule. Worth revisiting.

Stayed at the end of September. Very good experience. Sea view room on high floor. Friendly Taiwanese staff service.The room is clean and quiet. It's convenient to the park. The convenience store is more expensive than outside, but it's still acceptable.

I think the objects, exterior, and interior will be pleasing to small children.The room key is compatible with smartphones, but while there was no problem with an iPhone, I couldn't open it on my Android Ver. 14 no matter what I did.If you wish to change the size of your loungewear, you must bring it to the front desk yourself and have it delivered to your room.There is a glass plate on the small round table next to the bed, but the edge of this plate is sloping down, and if you put a drink on the edge without noticing it, it will be a little awkward. Just touch it and it will fall to the floor, so be careful.There are not many types of breakfast buffet.Freshly fried donuts come out once an hour, so if you like them, you might want to eat slowly and wait for them to come out.You can park your bicycle in the parking lot for 3,000 yen from the morning of your stay until 12:00 the next evening.You can leave your luggage with us before check-in, so you can park your car at this parking lot early in the morning and go to the resort.Check-out was done electronically on the TV in the room.

I stayed here for one night from July 20, 2022.As it is called Toy Story Hotel,It's wonderful how everything is unified with the characters!However, at that time, there were many items out of stock, and there were no items exclusive to guests.We live nearby so it would be nice if we could come again.However,There was also a scene where he complained to the cast that he had come from Osaka.Unfortunately,Because there are no stores nearby,I can't make reservations for Lotso's restaurant.I have to go back to the station.There are no buses to the station, so getting around is difficult.*There is a resort line, but of course there is a fee.and was checked at the entranceI guess it doesn't exist anymore! ?The courtyard was fun though.The above 2 points are minus, so it's 3 stars.But I want to go again!

The reproducibility is amazing!The worldview and playfulness of Toy Story are scattered throughout the hotel☺️You can spend a luxurious time in a space that is only available to hotel guests.The breakfast buffet had such an exciting view and space that I ended up having a stomach ache in the morning.Belly bread is the best!! ︎

I chose it as a vacation package ♫I had high expectations because I had wanted to stay at this hotel ever since it opened, but it lived up to my expectations!From the entrance to the front desk, elevators, hallways, and guest rooms, everything is like the world of Toy Story!I felt like a toy ♫The bathroom was especially nice!It was so cute and the happiness of being tired in a relaxing bathtub was special!The hotel staff was also very nice and made my stay more than perfect ♫

It was great to see it in its entirety!Right after getting off at Bayside Station, it's the perfect place to get tired and not have to walk long distances.The wonderful world of Toy Story the moment you enter the premisesCheck-in isSort by time of day. I was there at 10pm, and it was still crowded with people returning from the resort.Concierge while you are in line? Mr.They asked me in advance and gave me notes, so when it was my turn it went surprisingly smoothly.The room is rather small;I feel like I need more space to spread out my luggage.The bath is great because the washing area and bath are separated.The shampoos I used were from a manufacturer that was an official sponsor, so I felt very safe. I didn't squeak lolThe breakfast was so delicious that I didn't care about the bad reviews from other reviews.If breakfast is at that level, isn't it above average?However, I think the price is high,The contents are much better than the same price at the hotel next door.There was also a line for freshly baked bread, which the chef cut into pieces and handed out in the middle of the aisle. It was delicious.On the check-out day, when I came out of the room, there was a cleaning staff there.It was a foreign staff member,The person who said "Thank you" with a big smile and in beautiful Japanese wasThe staff who support us behind the scenes have been given the highest rating in my opinion.I want to go again!But it's expensive! lolI can't make a reservation! lolIt was really a nice hotel.
