Highly recommend this accommodation when staying in Bangkok. The location is great since most sights like Khao San Road or the Wat Phra Kaew are in walkable distance. The stuff is incredibly friendly. The balcony door wouldn’t lock in our first room so immediately got us another one. We could leave our luggage there on the last day and they helped us print us our train tickets. The rooms were nice and clean. Nothing to complain!

Very affordable and simple place to stay. If you’re in budget travel and you want something that close to touristic places and quiet it’s a great option for you. Many restaurants and temples are just very close. Very friendly and kind staff, rooms are very decent and clean (btw mattresses are very good and comfortable) Even it’s very close to Khaosan road however at night you won’t hear any noises.

I had asked for an early check-in, which was promised to me in writing, but upon arrival it was no longer possible and then a surcharge was charged, which is fine in principle, but not in the context. I would have liked to have been informed when the first edition was published. Room was fine, like so many accommodations in Thailand there were problems with the drain in the shower. Location is very good!

Very nice service, close to the most important attractions (but you have to take Bola or a local bus), a very small single room with a view of the building wall and air conditioners, but the price is affordable. Clean, but the bathroom needs more attention, especially in the corners...

It's okay for what it is and what it costs. I had a one person room, with a view on the wall, as most single rooms are. First night screaming kids till 5 in the night, not much fun with a jetlag. The rest of the stay was better. Most staff doesn't speak more than 3 words in English, so don't expect much help there. It's a pretty convenient location, close to the interesting parts of the city. All in all it is what can be expected for the price

Nice clean hotel, close to Khao San road. Metrolink and Skytrain are quite far from this hotel. Only option is bus or ferry/boat.

The guest house is located at a very nice location. Have stayed there twice, and can say that the manager is very polite. Also there are great places to eat and see in walking distance. One hundred percent recommend for the budget.

The rooms are clean, the location is good, but it’s a little inconvenient to get from the airport, it’s far from the metro, but it’s quiet and there are many attractions within walking distance, a lot of good cafes, a laundry room right opposite.The staff speaks very little English, but they are friendly and always try to help.
