Good hotel to stay 1 night if you are on bike.
Not so clean but with good view.
No breakfast if you leave earlier than 8:00.

This place is in the east side of Nusa Penida facing the sea. You can literally see the sea from everywhere, from balcony, from room... I have travelled to so many places and stayed in different properties but till now this is my best stay. The view, room, services, hospitality, food everything was awesome. In breakfast we had asked them for veg Nasi Goreng as it’s the staple food of Indonesia and we are vegetarian. Trust me it was the best nasi goreng we had in our entire trip. This place holds a special place in my heart. And they provide scooter on rent also. There are some good warung and restaurants close to this property that one should definitely go for lunch or dinner.

Unfortunately we had an accident in which we could not get to Nusa since there were no boats, the hotel management was terrible, when asked to change dates or cancel the reservation they sent us a robotic message saying that if we wanted to get to the hotel we had taxis at our disposal and motorcycles. Total, money lost, if you book I hope you don't have problems because they won't help you.

The room we rented was good, cheap price and stunning view of the ocean. There is however some smaller issues, there is a gap between the door and frame so be prepared for many insects. Also no mini fridge. They have bike rentals for a reasonable price.

The view from the balcony is amazing, breakfast is delivered to your private balcony where you overlook the beautiful ocean. The only downside of the location is that it is a little distance from stores but the hosts where amazing and offer scooter rental. I would definitely visit again.

This place is way underrated. I'm quite surprised there's so less reviews. Everything was so perfect The view was amazing, the breakfast was the best we had in Bali, the place was luxurious, clean, quiet, and amazing value for this price; I can say it was the place placed I've stayed during our month-trip in Bali.

I spent 2 nights in the hotel and here is the summary:+ wonderful view from the window to the ocean,+ breakfast was always served on the terrace with the above-mentioned view on time,+ spacious room,+ coffee and tea set,+ inexpensive scooter rental - Scoopy for the whole day for 75k.- the staff is not prepared for emergencies - after a minor accident on a scooter, they did not even have hydrogen peroxide or a piece of gauze to clean the wounds and charged me with the costs of purchasing them,- the request not to add yellow cheese to the banana pancake was not accepted,- ubiquitous ants attack every piece of food they find on a table or floor less than 10 minutes after leaving it,- the area does not have nice beaches, the market in the village below the hotel is average, there is a lot of garbage everywhere and it is dangerous to walk on the side of the road due to numerous sharp bends.To sum up: I would reconsider my stay here; rating 4 is a bit far-fetched.

The room is very basic, but very clean. Staff are friendly, limited english , yummy simple brekky. A little way out not much around but for that, its quiet amd peaceful amd the ocean view and sound is stunning! Great value for money..

Super nice family! Totally warm! In contrast to one of the last reviews, our breakfast was always on time and it was even prepared an hour earlier due to a planned diving trip. Scooters were immediately sorted out by the nice owner.Unfortunately, taxi prices on Nusa seem to be unreasonably high. But that has nothing to do with the accommodation. We would be super happy with that!Terimah Kasih!

Beautiful view of the sunrise every morning on the ocean, what could be better... there is enough space on the terrace even before yoga 🧘🏻♀️ the rooms are small, the closet is funny like a chest, we didn’t use it, but there is a workplace, a bathroom, breakfast is prepared for that time, whatever you say and very tasty, we liked everything despite the fact that there is no territory (we constantly drove around the island) and the access to the hotel is difficult for cars and bikes, but this is not a problem, the hotel is super as a bed + breakfast and stunning views of the dawn

It was a lovely view and a quiet aircon. Unfortunately it doesn't directly face east and the sunrise was blocked by the neighbours palm trees.
Overall it feels overpriced to what you can get elsewhere on the island at the time of year when we where there.

Great view, idyllic huts. But too remote without a scooter. Cleanliness could be better, especially in the bathroom. Unfortunately, breakfast always came late and never as we ordered it. A pool is missing.

Can only recommend this wonderful place to everyone! Clean and modern accommodation with fabulous views. The two brothers tried very hard and even prepared a little surprise for us for our honeymoon.
