We had a breakdown in our vehicle and it was impossible for us to get to the accommodation at the agreed time, not even by public transport. We notified the owner of the problem and he did not have the decency to even respond to the WhatsApp messages. I'm not saying that he had to refund us the entire amount of the reservation, although that would be fair, but at least he had responded to the messages telling us whether or not he would return part of the amount to us. Therefore the treatment was disastrous. You should reflect on how you treat your customers when there is a problem.

Used for wakeboarding and traveling with friends at Lake Yamanaka.It is rented out to a couple, and you can enjoy BBQ and hammock chairs in the handmade garden.This time, the person who answered the phone was my wife, who is from Poland.They were very flexible and helped me with various things.Good pointsThe garden was cute, and BBQ sets could be borrowed for free.We also sell firewood, gas for cassette stoves, charcoal, etc., so you can enjoy it empty-handed.In addition, there was service of seasonings, drinks, ice, and sweets in the room.For a fee, Polish alcoholic beverages, sweets, and familiar Japanese sweets are also sold in the drawers of the shelves. (Please pay at checkout when using)Good view from the balconyA morning walk is also recommended, as explained by his wife.There are also various bathrooms available.There was makeup remover etc.This time it was early summer, but there are as many stoves as there are rooms, so it looks like you can enjoy it even in the cold season.DifficultyThe road to getting there is toughIt's a fairly steep uphill slope with bumps and moss growing, and some light cars can barely make it or even can't.If you come and go a lot, such as when you smoke, it's easy for insects to get in.SummaryDue to the explanation of how to use the house and the steep slope, please be careful about the check-in time.It would be best to contact us about 30 minutes before arrival.Once you arrive, if you are unable to climb the hill, you will be given a ride in the homeowner's car, so don't worry.There are many tableware and glasses that are cute and fun.It was an inn that I would like to come back to again.I took off one star because of the insects and the steep slope, but the inn and owner were great!

Fantastic place! The hostess is very nice and helps you plan your stay so that you can see the most interesting places in the area. The location is great, you can enjoy the view of Fuji from the terrace. The house is perfectly equipped, so it is very comfortable to live in. All the comforts of home. Many thanks to Mr. Fabiola. 🤩
