We booked quite last minute but received the room with a great view of Mt Fuji! Traditional style room where you sleep on a futon which is a bit sore on the back when you are not used to it. Cozy when the heater is on! Also really liked it had your own shower and toilet. There are not many restaurants around and a lot of them open around 10am and last bus is at 6pm. Would be ideal if you had your own car. There are four bikes available to use but be quick to grab them before someone else does! We loved the location as it was around so many pretty autumn locations and close to the bus station. Next time, we will hire a car! Great view from the balcony!

Cozy traditional style inn near Oishi Park, no frills but it’s in a great location and is very reasonably priced - ideal for folks that don’t plan to spend too much time in their hotel room. The hotel has a small parking lot but is also right next to a free public lot.Room Had a small private bathroom, very mini refrigerator and a tea kettle. Futons were comfortable but I would recommend bringing a sleeping bag for padding if you prefer more cushion. We (my husband and I) had a small room on the first floor, not the best view but we had a partial view of Fuji. Next time I’d opt for a second floor room for a better view. There are a lot of dining options across the street at Oishi park but be warned, they all close around 5pm!

Location is good, near oishi park. But rooms are not quite good. Sounds from near rooms are heard loud, which is so annoying. You don’t feel cozy. Felt like i am staying in someone’s unknown person’s house and room.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable than I expected. There are also basic amenities such as shampoo, towels, and toothbrushes. There is a TV, but there is no terrestrial TV, and only Netflix and You Tube are available. The walls of the room seemed thin, so I was concerned about noise from people in the next room. I think this is for people who want to stay overnight without worrying about the details too much.

The hotel is in a bad location. You do not have restaurants for dinner (they only serve meals), the bus leaves for the last time at 6pm (and in the morning from 9.30am), which does not allow you to go by public transport to the busy area that is on time. and a half on foot. The hotel owner ended up taking us to the station because there was no other way to go.I do not recommend at all.

For this trip, this place is the best. The price is very cheap. There aren't any people at all. Maybe it's because it just opened. The Fuji view room was very impressive. The host drove to pick us up and drop us off from the station. Kawaguchiko is very good. But there's no breakfast. When booking, the price is 1,100 baht/person. You can get off at station 20.
