Thank you for staying at this hotel for two nights. The food and hot springs are wonderful, butThere are some things that I really don't understand. There are large signs posted saying ``No items allowed to be brought in'' and ``You will be asked to bring them in.'' I understand that you love money, but I don't know what happened, but I usually buy it.Isn't the hotel embarrassed? Is the store manager trained? I really doubt humanity.I don't even want to go there or breathe the same air as there are people who think like that...Japanese people. Shall we speak up? Is it okay to leave it like this?

The open-air bath is also spacious, and I'm glad that it comes with a sauna. Although the building is not new, it was kept clean and I felt comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed with was that there was a group of people in the dinner venue and it was so noisy that I didn't feel at ease. The food was very good, but if you want a quieter time, it might be better to change the time of day or have dinner outside.

I don't really want to give it a 1.There are three reasons for the lowest rating.① The front desk response is too bad. When I checked in, I had left my luggage in advance, so they said, ``I'll check in first and then hand over my luggage,'' so I said, ``Please check in.'' Silence for about a second. From here, what time? When I thought about it, he responded with a half-smile and said, "No, I have to tell you your name first." No, you can just ask, "What's your name?" I can only think that you are trying to pick a fight.②After checking in, the person at the front desk brought the carry case I had left there. When I thought about it, the handle part was completely broken. When I picked it up, it broke. Even though they initially said they would reimburse the full amount, when I asked the person above me, they told me that since the failure occurred within the scope of normal work, they could only cover the cost of repair. Please contact the manufacturer and let them know the cost of repair. The response changed completely. It can't be helped that they break due to aging, and that's not a problem in itself, but unless it's a good brand, I don't remember or know the manufacturer of each carry case, and it's more likely that they don't repair them. I was angry at the response.③I was looking forward to dinner, but there was a bug in the cold pitcher. By the time I realized this, I had already drunk two glasses of bug water. I felt sick, so I left dinner halfway through, and I didn't even go to the breakfast venue the next day because I felt so sick. At the time of check-out, the breakfast and dinner fees were refunded in cash, but the first person who dealt with this was the above-mentioned bad attitude at the front desk. They didn't explain the amount of the refund and didn't even apologize in the slightest, and in the end, my boss came out and bowed to me, but I had doubts about his response from beginning to end.The location is good, there are wineries nearby, and Isawa Onsen is a wonderful place, but I do not recommend this inn if you want to make good memories of your trip. (The hot springs are nice, so it might be a good idea for a day trip.)
