I feel like I was scammed. I'm really disappointed. It was so dirty that I couldn't settle down, so I didn't stay overnight and left after an hour.Despite being an expensive facility, costing around 200,000 to 300,000 yen per night, the facility was not well-maintained, and the facility was not user-friendly, and there were dead insects, ants, and crickets in the room. I have been to other glamping facilities with private pools, but I think they are far inferior in terms of cleanliness, service, and price. It seemed like it wasn't well maintained, and I wondered if it was a facility run by a proper company. Is it privately run?If you have already made a reservation, we recommend that you think again. People who are fine may be fine. Please refer to the details of the problem below.〇About cleaning・Apparently 3-4 people were cleaning the room until about 15 minutes before check-in. When the workers came out, they didn't have any cleaning supplies with them, so it's unclear what they were doing. How about making the bed and vacuuming?・When I checked inside the facility after checking in, the first thing I noticed was a wide area of mud-like dirt on the walls of Room 2. When I wiped it with the wet wipe I brought with me, some of it came off, so it is thought that I did not feel like cleaning it.・There were other stains everywhere that could be removed by wiping properly. In addition, the remains of crushed insects were left unattended on the walls and doors.・The screen in front of the door was also full of dust, and there were dead insects behind the screen. By the way, the dead insect was found in Room 1, in the bedroom, in front of the door leading to the bathroom.〇About the facility・About the locationEven after getting off the expressway, there are no signs at all, and there are no signs or names written anywhere on the facility itself. It's quite difficult to understand.・About parking lotIs it a parking lot or a vacant lot? It might be possible to park 7 cars if we manage to squeeze in all the space, but there is no well-maintained parking lot. Just a space surrounded by grass and trees full of insects.・About paintingThe paint on the indoor floor (wood) is peeling off. Depending on the location, there are about 3 to 5 peeling areas per square meter.・About wallsThere are parts of the wall that are broken. There was a hole next to the low door that connected the living room to the poolside. Could the ants walking on the walls of the facility come in through such gaps?・About the doorThe door in front of the window in Room 1 seems to be able to slide so you can see the scenery, but one of the two doors is broken and won't open. It looks like someone broke it with too much force when sliding it.・About the bathroomThe website states that there are three bathrooms in the room, but only two were actually usable. The only door leading to the most beautiful-looking glass bathroom, which was pictured on the website, was unable to open and was unusable.I thought it was strange when I saw that the screen door was closed when I checked in, but I almost went through the door thinking it was an unused door. Looking at the floor plan, we realized that it was the door leading to the bathroom, and three of us, including a man, tried to open it through trial and error, but to no avail. I tried to open the door on the terrace side, but it was locked and I couldn't open it. By the way, the other door with the same shape (the door behind the fence near the hand washing area in Room 2) opened normally. There was no phone number to contact the administrator, so I couldn't even ask them how to open the door, so I had no choice but to give up. I don't know if it was rusted to the point of death, or if it was purposely closed so it couldn't be used.Except for the bathroom, which wasn't open, the bathtub was yellowish and the floor material was sandy, making it feel more like a training camp than a resort facility.・About the poolThe pool itself looked clean, but I didn't feel like going in because of the filth inside. The view from the terrace is beautiful.・About the kitchenThe kitchen smells. There is a Japanese-style room next door, but you might not want to sleep on the tatami floor because of the smell.〇About other services・As mentioned in other reviews, I can't find a phone number for inquiries anywhere. There was something like a lodging guide, but the last page only had phone numbers for the fire department and gas company.・The tablet I used when checking in and checking out didn't turn on, so I left a note behind. There was a mark indicating that the battery was out of charge, and it would not charge even when I plugged in the included charger.I couldn't believe it was a facility that had only been open for a few months. Even in a house where you spend 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, things don't get this dirty or broken. I would like to see not only the lack of cleaning, but also the paint and wood. The sea breeze may have caused it to deteriorate faster, but even taking that into consideration, it's still terrible.I don't think people who are concerned about insects or dirt will be able to stay here. Business hotels are better. I definitely don't recommend it if you want to stay in a beautiful resort-style accommodation. It's surrounded by trees so insects can't be helped, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of dirt, damage, and service. alreadySome things may have been improved, but I hope that these problems will be resolved in the future and that proper management will be possible.
