It is located in an area lined with restaurants and supermarkets in Minami Alps City, making it a very good location as a base for sightseeing. You won't have any trouble procuring dinner or alcohol.There is a drink bar as a welcome drink, and you can use it until late at night, so there is no need to buy soft drinks.The hot spring is a little cramped with three washing areas, so it's best to use it when you have free time.The room was the size of a typical super hotel and had a good view of the Kofu Basin. Mt. Fuji could be seen a little from the breakfast venue.Why not use it as a base for low-cost travel?

I think the location is very good. However, the room is small and the facilities are very small, so when you wash your body in the bath, you bump your body all over the place. It's too narrow! disappointing.

I used it for Shinmei fireworks.We will use you again.It was nice that it had a hot spring, but I felt bad when I saw some customers washing their bodies after soaking in the bath.If you have a bath at home, you can use it freely, but since it is also used by others, I would like you to wash your body before soaking.

This hotel saved us from an unplanned outing, as we decided to go to Yamanashi the day before and didn't know where we would stay that day.I have stayed at business hotels several times, but this was my husband's first time, and although it was a bit too haphazard, I was able to get a good night's rest despite the low price. It was very good), and it came with a morning buffet, so I didn't mind the negative points, and my husband really liked it.The staff were very friendly and there was a corner where women could choose up to 5 amenities, as well as pillows. The hardness of the bed was just right for us and we slept well.I stayed on the upper floor, and the view from the window was good, and I think if it hadn't been cloudy, I might have been able to see the mountains further into the distance.There was a 24-hour supermarket called TRIAL nearby, and there were many commercial facilities and restaurants.At the morning buffet, I was greeted with comments such as the staff's efficient service and the fact that the bread was warmer in the front, and I was relieved from the morning by the small attention to detail.If I ever had trouble finding a place to stay again, I thought I'd try searching at a super hotel first.

A room or a public bath? The room was basically clean, but dust had accumulated in areas that were not easily seen, such as on the window frames. Breakfast has few items.It's Yamanashi Fruit Kingdom, so I was happy to have fruit.

Used for work in July 2024.I've used this place before, but it's been a while since I last used it.Although the surrounding area is trial and the store is adjacent to the premises, the parking lot is wide and easy to park.Convenient as there are restaurants within walking distance.The rooms are the same as other super hotels, so there are no inconveniences.By the way, breakfast is included free of charge in any plan.

I stayed at a super hotel in Arai last year.This time I stayed at this super hotel.This is convenient because there are many chain restaurants within walking distance, there are two supermarkets, and the parking lot is quite large.There are many outlets in the room, which is convenient.The public bath in Arai had a gender-separated public bath, but this one has separate public baths for men and women, which is nice.The only negative point is that the rooms are smaller than the super hotel in Arai.Additional note: Welcome drink was provided from 15:00 to 20:00.☆I want to upgrade to 4.5

When I went to breakfast at 8 a.m., there were no side dishes again, so when I told the hotel staff, they only brought out sausages. There was no salad, but I replied that there was no more. Although there is always someone from the hotel at the breakfast venue, they never check on the food or replenish it.

This hotel opened in October 2017.It's new, so it's clean and stylish.The room was a little small, but the bed was big and I had a good night's sleep.I usually can't get a good night's sleep if I change my pillow.You can also rent your favorite pillow.There was also a large public bath where I could relax.Breakfast is included and the contents are quite good.The bread was so delicious that I ate too much in the morning.In addition to coffee, the server also provided soft drinks.The location is good, with family restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket nearby.The hotel staff were very friendly and it was a very satisfying stay.postscriptThere's no convenience store, but there's a discount supermarket next door that's open 24 hours a day, so it's the best.It's much cheaper than convenience stores.

Usage records from four years ago remained and were reconfirmed.It was as beautiful as it was back then, and I could feel the company's efforts and the high level of awareness of its employees.The location is convenient if you are traveling by car, but you probably won't be able to use public transportation here.There are many places to eat and shopping for other daily necessities nearby.The place where I sat during breakfast was not good and the air conditioner's air hit me directly. It was cold, so if you're curious, pay attention to the ceiling.

Cleanliness is thorough to every corner of the room. In this day and age, that alone is enough to get applause. It's not large though. The large (?) public bath also has a capacity of 9 people. I was shocked. The quality of the spring water was good though.You can see Mt. Fuji from some rooms, but you can also see it from outside.

I tried to book super hotels in the Matsumoto and Kofu areas using the app, but unfortunately they were full and I couldn't make a reservation. I had no choice but to head there since they had a room available. It is relatively new and I was satisfied with the rooms, public bath, and breakfast menu.The neighborhood is not located in front of a station, but is near a high-speed interchange, so there are restaurants with large parking lots, gyudon restaurants, conveyor belt sushi, Aeon Big, etc., making it very convenient for getting dinner. Aeon Big in particular has many half-price side dishes and boxed lunches in the evening, so you can get full for just one coin.The problem is that there is only one EV to get to the guest room. Especially during check-in, check-out, and breakfast hours, boarding and alighting was at its peak, resulting in a stagnation of people.Can't we at least make the emergency stairs in the back usable during normal times? I think it will be difficult to add more EVs, but I would like to ask for immediate measures to alleviate congestion, such as using emergency stairs or adding new stairs.

The quality of employees is low.While I was taking a bath, she kept banging on the door and asked me what was going on, and I opened it half-naked. She entered my room without asking me any questions and left. But then she did the same thing over and over again, and didn't even apologize until I couldn't bear it anymore and asked for a change of room. On the contrary, I was treated in a way that made me feel uncomfortable.In the end, it seems that there was a problem with the equipment in the room I stayed in, but I've stayed at many hotels that ignored the privacy of the guests, and some of them were of such low quality.

That's enough.Breakfast is free and is served from 6:30 to 8:30.There are restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket nearby, making it a very convenient location.The scenery was very nice.
