I looked at the confusing homepage, entered my personal information, and applied, but wasted a lot of time when all I received was a reply saying it was a high-demand day, and unless two or more people applied, it wouldn't work.

I used it for the first time with my elderly parents.I finally found an inn because there were no vacancies during Golden Week.I'm satisfied even if it doesn't include dinner. The telephone service at the time of reservation was polite as well. The reception is also polite. The facility is a two-story building, and there are about 10 accommodation rooms on the second floor. The rooms are clean and don't have any old smells. The view of Mt. Fuji from the window is spectacular. The bath is a hot spring. There are no unnecessary things in the room, the changing room, or the bathroom. It's simple, but it's clean and there's no hair falling.

I stayed with my family of 4.Things are old but kept clean. Both the room and the bath were well-cleaned, and although the bath was not large, the temperature of the bathtub was just right, so I ended up taking a long bath. It's also good that the water pressure in the shower and shower is strong.Currently, breakfast is the only meal available, but there are restaurants (Hoto no Waka, etc.) and convenience stores (Lawson) within a 3-minute walk, so it's not an inconvenience. The shore of Lake Kawaguchi is also nearby, and the lakeside Herb Museum and Ishikoro Museum are also a 5-minute walk away. Very convenient. The only caveat is that the room does not have a bathroom or refrigerator (there is a shared refrigerator in the hallway), but since it was around 6,000 yen including breakfast, it was within an acceptable range for me personally. In addition, yukata, toothbrushes, and towels are available. Of course there is a parking lot.All the employees are kind, so I would like to go there again with my family.
