The bath was nice and relaxing as a family bath. I had high hopes based on the reviews, but the food was not good at all. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything to write home about. Breakfast was very average, the hokke had little flavor, and the stuff I usually buy at the supermarket tastes better. My child couldn't eat anything at all, so he said, ``I can have soft-serve ice cream, but do you have one?'' I thought I'd just take a bite, but she brought me a menu and told me to order that separately. I didn't really understand why, and I didn't feel refreshed.I don't understand why other people are praising it so highly.

The cost performance is amazing👍Although it is old, it is surprisingly well kept. You can take as many baths as you like if you have free time, and the food is delicious. Personally, I have the impression that breakfast at pensions has a lot of bread, but here it is a Japanese set meal. I was satisfied with being able to recharge my energy with rice and natto in the morning. Also, the wife had a wonderful smile and I was impressed with her prompt response. I would like to stay again.

I used it about 4 or 5 years ago.Coming from Kansai, I had such a great experience that I want to go back to Yamanashi Prefecture. I took a walk from the inn and saw the sunrise at Lake Yamanaka, and the view I saw was very supportive for me at the time. I want to go again soon

The 6 types of private baths were the best. There aren't a lot of meals, but they feel like heartwarming home-cooked food, delicious, and satisfying for the price.

I used it for an overnight stay. It's on the top of the hill! The exterior of the facility is bright and clean.A total of facilities include a private bath and a public bath for one night and two days.I used it with dinner included!Dinner is quite delicious and satisfying. There were manga corners on the second and third floors, and I spent my free time reading manga. We also have a shuttle service that will take you to the nearest bus stop. The people at the facility are very kind and friendly.I think it was a good place to stay.

The best experience of all my family trips!!❤️❤️The owner speaks 2 languages fluently: Chinese and Japanese. The hotel owner has a translator so communication is very convenient. The owners and staff were all extremely kind and enthusiastic. I felt like I was visiting a relative's house and being treated like family. Everyone should order breakfast and dinner too 😊 The owner cooks very well, the portions are large, and the price they charge is very cheap. There are 3 onsen rooms here, and they are completely private. As long as there are no other guests, you can go in and enjoy the onsen alone or with your family (no need to bathe with other guests ❤️). The surrounding scenery is very peaceful, the air is fresh, near one of the five lakes of Fuji. My family came in the Japanese summer, which is very hot, but the climate here is much cooler than other regions. Overall excellent service, the owners are so kind and enthusiastic!!

Definitely the best hotel experience I’ve ever had!! Much much better than any 5 star hotel I’ve been in before. The owners are super friendly and professional, and they care for us like their own family. Impeccably clean facilities, with multiple onsens that you can use privately. I’d 100% recommend breakfast and dinner too as they are very delicious. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the lakeshore. My dad was having neck-shoulder pain after the long flight, and the lady was kind enough to give him pain relief patch when she heard about it. The owner even helped us book last minute bus to Mishima, as soon as she found out that we didn’t know that there is a direct bus to Mishima from Yamanakako (which save us an hour and a half of travel time and 3 transits). The owner also took us to the close by 7 eleven when we needed to buy stuffs. We greatly appreciate all the help and kindness from the owners, and truly feel like home when we stay here. This will definitely be our go to place everytime we visit the Fuji Five Lakes area.
