Please help hotel employees, if for example there are guests who come for a short time or stay overnight, have the sheets and pillowcases replaced, then I checked there, there was a lot of hair on the sheets and the pillowcases smelled of saliva, the covers weren't replaced apparently after the guests first check out. Please pay attention to such things in the future. It makes us visitors uncomfortable.

Advantages: spacious rooms, strategic location.Disadvantages: smelly bathroom, stuffy room smells of cigarettes, sometimes there is still rubbish from previous visitors in the drawers, breakfast only consists of cake.

Given 2 stars, it's good enough for the size of the room, if the cleanliness isn't clean enough, in the drawer there are traces of nail clippings 😡 The toilet smells, the mattress and sofa are dusty, the glasses are dirty 🤯 Not to mention the water jug is dirty, like from cooking something? How many months has it not been used or what? Inside facilities such as soap towels and hotel slippers are still inadequate...if you don't ask, you won't give them🤔 What standard is this hotel? There is still a lack of transparency, especially in the billing section... every purchase, whether at a hotel or karaoke, you should use a note! Let it be clear what fees are being paid. The dust is what I'm sorry for. Please improve the hotel's performance

Actually, with a very strategic location in the city of Bulungan, close to the port of Speed and on the edge of the city highway, it should provide uniqueness or difference from other hotels around it, but this hotel does not appear to be a destination for people to rest, the place is actually quite comfortable, quiet but not clean. the room smells bad, the toiletries are not complete, the bed is arranged as it is, the bed cover is thin, the pillowcase is thin, the cupboard smells musty, the service is not friendly and less communicative, the room price is quite expensive if in such conditions, there is no hot lobby AC or fan, room AC can't be set, bathroom doesn't have a shower, aka fountain shower, large parking area...
