The poor arrangement of dinner was the worst of all the hotels I've stayed at in the past.First of all, I had the choice of having dinner at 5:30pm or 8pm, but at the time of check-in, I was told that they only had dinner available at 8pm. Isn't it a bit late to start? I thought so, but I had no choice but to wait, so I waited while getting a little hungry at a nearby shop. And when I went to the dining hall 10 minutes before the start, there were a lot of people there. It seems like the venue doesn't open until 8pm, so we had to wait patiently, and when it opened, the arrangement for seating was poor. From there, we were seated around 8:20 p.m. Even though appetizers and sashimi platters were set at other seats, I was led to an empty desk and told that they would set it up now. What were you doing until 8pm? It seemed like the combination of the number of meals, total number of people, and number of people in each room was not even considered. If you guide the group appropriately, it is natural that the total number will match but the combinations will not match. There were some seats where no one passed and appetizers were left out until I finished eating. The appetizers finally came out around 8:40pm. Until then, they wouldn't even order a drink menu unless I told them about it. This is despite the fact that other seats are served appetizers, sashimi, and even fried foods. From the beginning, I could see that they were understaffed and even less efficient, so I thought they felt sorry for the employees, so I didn't say anything, but I found out that they wouldn't come unless I told them about 30 minutes later. I did as I said. However, it took 40 minutes for my first meal to be ready. It seems that there is no communication among employees at all, such as, ``The appetizers haven't arrived at that table.'' When I told her that she wasn't coming, she was like, "Huh?". However, I understand that you are used to complaints. No matter what I say, all I get is an emotionless sorry. It was around this time that I started looking at other people's reviews, and when I realized that there were other people like this, I felt a sense of camaraderie. At the same time, I realized that despite so many reviews, things haven't improved.I don't see any professionals or people in charge of catering among the employees, so I guess they all work part-time.There was no way anyone knew what was served and where, and even though sashimi was supposed to come after the appetizer, the fried food came first, and the dessert was served before the last soup, so the order was messed up.They won't give you the course menu for the meal unless you tell them. I think most people didn't receive it. I happened to see someone else requesting one, so I told them about it and received it.I think those who haven't received it probably won't notice if there is a missing piece of food.In fact, the dessert came out first, so I think they would have skipped the soup if I hadn't mentioned it.I also felt sorry for the foreigner behind me. Kamameshi can only be eaten 30 minutes after it is lit, but it seemed like they had it lit just as we were about to eat the kamameshi towards the end of the course. Moreover, there seemed to be no explanation given, so he was eating a shabby kamameshi that was still on the fire and had not finished cooking.By the way, I anticipated that it would take a long time to heat the kamameshi at my table, so I was the first to tell them and had them heat it, so I got away from the problem. The taste of the food wasn't bad, but the arrangements were bad, so I recommend finding another place to stay. The food restaurants we went to before dinner were very delicious. The tuna was very delicious.Maybe that's why the tuna at this hotel is really tough and cheap frozen? It's like that. One more thing: when I checked in and was taken to the room, the futon was already laid out.Isn't it normal for people to come and lay out the futon for dinner? I think this is also proof that there is not enough manpower. We stayed with 4 people, and 2 had bed mats and 2 had mattresses. Since the futon had been pulled up, there were only two seats by the window. Judging from the size of the room, this is probably a two-person room. There are many rooms like this, and they probably only make a profit. With four people crammed into a two-person room, I was convinced that the restaurant would be over capacity.I just wanted to post something about dinner. I haven't experienced breakfast yet. I plan to go 20.30 minutes later than scheduled tomorrow morning.By the way, regarding the strange smell that others have mentioned, I didn't notice it except at the entrance of the hotel. At the entrance, there is a strong odor that smells like gasoline. If you go to the hotel, you'll be fine.
