From the entrance to the lounge, everything in the room was full of taste, and I was impressed from beginning to end!The children's room has a limited space, but you can feel the attention to detail and attention to detail, and my son, who usually chooses the place, wants to go again and again! ! He saidThere are many people from overseas around Lake Kawaguchi, but perhaps it's because of cultural differences that there were no people in the public bath, so I was able to relax and enjoy my meal without any inconvenience or trouble. All of them are delicious! ! ! It was a meal that was particular about Yamanashi prefecture food and told a story.I have traveled to various destinations, and this is the No. 1 inn not only in Yamanashi Prefecture, but throughout the country! There were many award plaques near the entrance, which makes sense.I will definitely visit again!

Expectation VS reality (see photos).Worst hotel we stayed at in Japan - more like a motel than a real hotel. Cannot believe it costs $500AUD for one night, I wouldn’t even pay 50$ for this.Rooms were so dirty, old and had an intense smelly stench.Third photo - our bathroom sink had a dead worm dangling off it, was brushing teeth with this water for days before we realised.Served by a particularly staff called ‘BORA’ who was so rude to guests. Told us there were no more dinner spots available at their restaurant, but when we checked with another staff they said there was (clearly lied and too lazy to check).——————————Expectations and reality (1st and 2nd photos)This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in Japan. It looked more like a motel than a real hotel. The room was very dirty and old with a strong odor.Third photo - I had a dead earthworm hanging in my bathroom sink and I was brushing my teeth with this water for days before I noticed it.We were served by a particularly rude staff member named "BORA". I was told that the restaurant was no longer taking reservations for dinner, but when I checked with another member of staff, I was told that reservations were still being accepted (obviously they were lying and I was too lazy to confirm). .

Disgusting hotels.Don’t stay here unless you don’t value hygiene. Our room taps had a bug/debris hanging from where water comes out (in photo). Our shower room had a foul stench which reeked into the bedroom.Service was terrible from Bora (in photo at the front desk) as she was extremely rude and gave us false information when we checked with a colleague. However Hiroaki was brilliant and extremely helpful when we required any info. The onsens are extremely old and rundown.Don’t even consider this hotel as an option especially when factoring in the cost.—//—Terrible hotel.Don't stay here unless you don't care about hygiene. There were bugs and trash hanging around the faucet in our room where the water comes out (pictured). The shower room smelled bad and the smell wafted all the way to the bedroom. The service at Bora (pictured at the front desk) was the worst, very rude and gave me incorrect information when I checked with my colleague. However, Hiroaki was great and very helpful when we needed information. The hot springs are very old and in disrepair.Don't consider this hotel as an option, especially considering the cost.

Stayed here for a night after climbing mt Fuji. Incredible disgusting and expensive hotel room. That man hole is next to my bed. Aircon is mouldy, and everything is dirty and dusty. In contrast the hotel lobby is quite nice. Cannot recommend.
