The hotel was the best stay we could wish for in the Grand Hirafu area. The hosts -Tak, Sato, and Tsuyoshi were amazing and did everything in their power to make our stay memorable and enjoyable (and yes, they do have free laundry)! …

This was not only my first trip to Niseko / Grand Hirafu to ski but also my first trip to Japan. Our daughter had come over to teach English in Aomori and I came over to visit her for Christmas and go skiing. …

Every year I come to Niseko, Hokkaido, I prefer to visit Niseko, and the living environment and owner are especially good.To cook by yourself, cooking utensils and seasonings are limited, and you need to prepare everything except salt and pepper.I came here for skiing and snowboarding, but there is a good environment to dry your gear and clothing, so I recommend it in winter for people who want to stay overnight and ski well.Recently, there was a Lawson nearby, so I don't have any trouble even if it's just for a short time.

Service won it here. The accommodation was also very clean and comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and even picked us up (and dropped us off) at the local train station.
