Wow! Rooms were great, comfy beds and even a couch to hang out if you needed some quiet. Staff were willing to go the extra mile in helping you out and driving us around (within reason, which is fair). Buffet breakfast was a great way to fuel up for the day and the restaurant had great meals even though they weren't supposed to be open this season. Saved us from trying to reserve other restaurants. They drive you to the ski hill in the morning (less than a 5 minute drive) and you can ski right back to the front door, hard to be beat that! Would definitely stay here again.

There was blizzard on the day we travelled from Otaru to Niseko the trains were suspended thus we took bus as suggested by the lodge. They keep communicating with us to make sure we were ok. …

This is a review of the restaurant, which is public, but this Google maps location combines the hotel and the restaurant. I don't stay at the hotel, I just came for food and drinks and...The food and drinks are O.K. but you come for the people and location. The restaurant makes food until 10pm- there isn't much else unless you make the trip to Hirafu.I had the Okinawan taco rice, a couple coke+whiskeys, Crema Catalan, and a beer for about ¥4300 (very reasonable!)The taco rice was decent, the Coke wasn't the coldest and was a little flat. To be fair, the staff were slammed because of a big table of Australians and a big table of Italians. There were Minnesotans and Californians too, but no Japanese. This is a tourist place for sure, but that's ok! Everyone is very friendly.I'll definitely come back for the friends I made.

Excellent place to stay for skiing on mount Niseko. You're very close walking to Niseko Village side, or otherwise the morning shuttle provided by the lodge brings you right to the Hilton side life. …
