Even though there is a large public bath, I was told that ``you can't enter the hot spring unless you have a special plan''...I was going to pay if I could get in, but I was told that I still wouldn't be able to get in the room I reserved.I'm not sure about this, but I'm really excited...

The atmosphere is nice as it is located in a quiet forest.Depending on the plan, I was told that the public bath cannot be used. I would like it to be explained more clearly when making a reservation. The guest rooms are noticeably old, making you feel like you've stepped back in time. The breakfast buffet tastes good, but the restaurant is too small for the size of the stay. The staff was neither good nor bad. However, I get the impression that you are not feeling well. There were some foreign trainees, but they did their best.Overall, there are no repeats.

I used it as an overnight stay on a bus tour.Since it is located in a highland resort at the foot of Mt. Fuji, from the accommodation perspective of a tour like us, it does not have the comfort of a hot spring hotel. The building as a whole is old, and I stayed in the Hotel Sporsion building, which has only guest rooms. It's a little damp probably because it's old. The room we stayed in was an unnecessarily large room for two couples, with four beds and a simple kitchen. As it is a plateau, it is cool in the summer, so there is no air conditioning. However, in response to the recent heatwave, there was a window-mounted air conditioner, but it was insufficient for a large room.I was told that there was a hot spring, but I decided not to go because it was a 5-minute walk from the Sporsion building (there is a shuttle bus available), and it was a small hot spring where yukata and slippers were not allowed, and there were few washing areas. Meals will be served in the administration building next to the Sporsion building, which may be inconvenient if it rains.Mt. Fuji cannot be seen from the Sporsion building, but it can be seen a little far away from the dining hall windows.

No cleaning was done at all.The filters of commercial air conditioners are full of dust and have not been cleaned for years. The bathroom was also full of mold, so I didn't take a bath at all.I stayed in a deluxe room and it was the worst. There is no air purifier in the room, so those who are sensitive to dust should not stay here. The food is average.I developed bronchial asthma, which had been cured for a long time. This was the lowest rated hotel I've ever stayed at. Sleeping in the car is still better. Those who write that there is no musty smell are either cherry blossoms or have a bad nose. The air conditioner is the most mold-producing hotel in the world.Clean it regularly and do something about the dust that makes the filter look silver even though it is originally black! ! Make sure to thoroughly clean the dust from the window frames in your room. Afterwards, the bathroom also needs to be thoroughly cleaned with mold killer. Installing an air purifier is also a must! !

Since I made a reservation a little before my scheduled travel date, I decided to visit this hotel that had availability and was within my budget.I think I have become sensitive due to the coronavirus and tick epidemic, but I may not use it anymore. We recommend checking in early. If you arrive late, you will be asked to be careful of bears, but you will have to walk next to a dark forest from the parking lot to the entrance.
