Pretty decent for price. staff was amazing room was decent bathrooms are small and i am not. The bed left alot to be desired but was ok and the location is great for dining and drinking not for quiet sleeping. Would come back again bring your own pillow.

Yuka and Nobu made me feel welcomed and cared for as if I were staying with family. These accommodations are an incredible value and the location cannot be beat. It is located at the Hirafu Intersection bus stop and smack dab in the middle of all the action. I wish the family who runs this place the very best! Thanks for making my holiday visit an incredible memory. ❤❄

Love this pension! I have been coming here for years and sadly it’s taken me this long to write this review. It has a warm and family feel. The rooms are always clean and the owner and family are very warm and friendly. The location is excellent. It’s right smack in town across from Seicomart store, close to lots of good restaurants and it’s a 5min walk to the 2 man lift at the bottom of Hirafu. The rooms are very reasonably priced given the location and not to mention they have beds! You won’t find a better stay while in Niseko. Depending on where your room is. Some of the rooms offer a spectacular view of Mt. Yotei!

Located in the Hirafu area, where the number of condominiums built using inbound money is increasing, it retains the appearance of an old-fashioned pension. I stayed for 4 nights without meals, and the trash in the room was thrown out every day, and towels were changed and beds were made during the stay, so I have no complaints. Convenience store is also nearby.

Family B&B, the hotel lady is very nice and has a nice voice. After taking the bus to Hirafu Welcome Center, the girl will pick you up in a car. There is a coffee ramen shop, Genghis Khan barbecue shop, and a supermarket next to the B&B. Eating is very convenient. It's also very close to the transportation platform. You can take the free bus to the ski resort in Hirafu. You can also take a bus to Annupuri Ski Resort.There is a place to rent skis next to it, and they say it’s 10% cheaper to stay at this hotel.The hotel room is relatively small and has a shared toilet and sink. There is a small hot spring, but it is relatively old. I spent three days of my four-day stay at other hot springs. But if you come to ski and just sleep, it’s totally fine.

It feels like an old-fashioned ski camp accommodation, but there is nothing inconvenient about it. The staff are very kind and pay close attention to every detail. Great location, close to Grand Hirafu. Seicomart across the street gets quite crowded at night.

Fantastic Pension style accommodation with Japanese hospitality. Comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes can be loud if you have a street facing room but the breakfast makes up for it.

Pension new white bear was awesome. The location is great - close to shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the slopes. The family who run the pension are so sweet and will help you with any needs you have, including a great breakfast. Would stay again.

I used it for work. The rice bowl is delicious. After the rice, a small sweet (dessert) is served, but is this more common in Europe and America?
