Large comfortable rooms. The rooms are immaculate, and location is central, and a couple of minutes walk to the lifts.

It’s not the location (which you can’t beat), nor the accommodations (which are spacious and comfortable), or the amenities (beautiful fully equipped kitchen + in room washer dryer + Netflix) that surprised me, it’s the incredible service which really blew me away! I thought this was a self catering apartment, but turns out the onsite team (Robby, Nelson et al) catered to our many needs, from calling taxis to taking us on a ride last minute to handling my mistakenly swapped skis....Thank you very much for making our 4 night stay so wonderful. We can’t wait to return.

Now Niseko in general is just a great place. This year we stayed at mountainside palace, and we will definitely happily stay there again. The location is a great mix of near the mountain, near the main road (bus), and near food and nightlife in the village. We only have 2 negative comments (which dipped it from 5 stars)1. Reception is not in the building and is a decent walk away, some things can be done over the phone, but still sometimes an inconvenience.2. The ground floor (only) foyer walls are made from a very aggressive outdoor style rough brick. Be very careful with your gear, the halls are small, corners tight, and even a small accidental touch can damage your gear.

Very well organised holiday by Ludo & his team @ Vacation Niseko. The apartment was very good value for money being clean, modern, well equipped, close to the slopes and all the restaurants. Small requests like I needed a blender were catered for. Pick-up & drop off at the bus station were also friendly & helpful. Overall very good feel factor !
