I have been using this hotel regularly for the past few years when staying in the Niseko area. From the second time onwards, you will receive a welcome drink of champagne every time. We will continue to use it.

It's a clean hotel.There is no hair dryer in the room, so please dry your hair in the changing room of the public bath.You cannot use the public bath in the morning.

We came during off season and got the room at very reasonable price. The room was spacious, clean and modern with a view of mount yotei. It also has free on-site laundry although the dryer didn’t work too well for us.The staff were all very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good for the price. Since it was off season, they didn’t offer buffet and instead gave us a set per person and we enjoyed everything on the set.

Thumbs up to Miru Niseko! It has spacious airy room, equipped with microwave. Love that the windows opens out to allow crisp winter air to enter. It has in-house restaurant, vending machines and onsen. Breakfast is sumptuous. It’s a 5 mins drive to Grand Hirafu and 7mins to Hanazono by car. Free parking if you are a guest. Receptionists are cheerful and helpful.

The room was so comfortable, clean and spacious with an amazing view of mount Yotei! The amenities were also top notch. The breakfast was amazing and changed every day, alternating between Japanese and Western style. It was so abundant and perfect to prepare for a full day of skiing! The hot springs were also amazing, there’s an indoor and outdoor one too (sometimes in other hotels they don’t have outdoor baths for women which is so unfair but this one does and it’s so amazing and relaxing). I was there in late March so it was very quiet and basically had the hot springs to myself!There’s nothing that I didn’t like, but if there’s just one thing then the location was a tiny bit inconvenient as it’s not walkable to the centre of Hirafu where the shops and the slopes are. However the free and relatively frequent shuttle bus service mitigates this.For me the best part was the staff: the receptionists and drivers are so attentive! I’m so grateful to the receptionists who arranged free shuttle bus pick ups and drop offs during the first and last day. When we checked out, it was raining and we were waiting for the local bus, and one of the receptionists (unfortunately don’t know his name!) came out with two umbrellas and arranged for the shuttle bus to drop us off at Kutchan station. Thank you so much! We will never forget your kindness!!
