After several years and the opportunity to visit Tarakan City and stay here again. At first glance, this hotel has undergone renovation or rejuvenation so that it appears cleaner and shinier.The location is quite strategic, on Jalan Yos Sudarso, Tarakan City and close to the SDF-Tengkayu port which is used as the main access door to the capital city of North Kalimantan Province in Tanjung Selor, namely Bulungan Regency, or to Nunukan Regency, Tana Tidung Regency or Malinau Regency.The parking lot is not very large, but the hotel atmosphere is quite cool and comfortable with staff who are also quite friendly.The rooms and toilets/bathrooms are quite clean, there is wifi which is enough to help run work tasks smoothly during the few nights you stay here.

The room is nice. But the service is not good. When I checked in I had to wait until 14.30. Just checked in and entered the room. Then I lost my key and asked the receptionist who knows who might get the room key, the answer was different. Maybe there's a lack of provision.Then the Wifi in the room is the same as there is no Wifi. It's better not to say there are wifi facilities. Not suitable for those who work from the room.

1st time here. They mean it when they say it's business economy rooms. Very convenient for solo travelers for transit. I like the outside sharing shower ๐๐ฟ

Don't expect tissue and a dispenser that costs around 400". You can't even get toilet tissue, let alone ordinary tissue. They said they checked for toilet tissue and there wasn't any.
