The room is ordinary. The decorative shelf above the bed makes me hit my head when I get up. It is a very unnecessary decoration.The water is sometimes big and sometimes small when taking a showerMost of the employees have good attitudes, especially the Hong Kong girls, who are very talkative and tried their best to fulfill our needs.But the quality of the service staff, who look like Southeast Asians, needs to be improved. We have to ask for a lot of information before we know it, and they drive very fast in the snow.The breakfast meal was very ordinary. I had jam toast, eggs, bacon, and sausages for four days in a row (this cost 1100¥😅), but the dinner was delicious.Summary: The location is great, the appearance is beautiful, and I can’t find any other advantages.

The appearance of the accommodation is nice and warm, but the door lock to our Holstein room was difficult to use. The water at the toilet sink is either too hot or too cold, and the amount of water is also very small.The receptionist didn't ask us our names, but he was very forgetful and kept asking the same questions over and over again. He asked us once a day how many days we were staying in total and how many nights we were staying. They also assisted in renting ski equipment. After giving us the form, they ran away to play on the computer, leaving us alone as if it was Brazilian time. We only got the welcome drink on the last night, and the bar happened to be closed on Monday, so we had coffee the next morning. However, when we were connected to the car the next day, they didn't communicate with us first and urged us to take away coffee in a hurry. The whole feeling was that there was no communication in advance. I rush to catch up with the guests.In short, it's very free style when the boss is away from the staff... The rooms next to them have been checked out. It's been more than a day and it still looks like it's open and untidy.I have stayed at ski resort B&Bs four times before, and I can only regret to say that this time I had the worst service experience at milky house in 2024.03🥲

My siblings and I had a wonderful time at the Milky House, kickstarting the new year off to a great start. The cozy little lodge is simply adorable and the hospitality service is amazing. Masahiro is super kind, responsive and accommodating, making sure the guests feel welcomed. The food was also delicious, using fresh and high-quality ingredients. The location is also a bonus, a 10min walk to the Nook. Overall, it was a really lovely experience and would love to return for another trip.

Great place to stay in Niseko- the lodge is huge and clean, the location is great for skiing in annupuri, and the staff is fantastic. Their dinner service is really great too.

I stayed there during my trip to Niseko,The staff was kind and the dinner and breakfast were delicious!There is also a hot spring nearby, so we had a relaxing time.It seems that there are many people from overseas during the ski season, but it is recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing time in the summer! ! !
