Fufu Kawaguchiko is the perfect spot to enjoy fresh air and beautiful views. The public and private onsens offer a luxurious experience. It's best to rent a car for traveling around Japan, especially outside the city areas. The hospitality is excellent; the staff greets you warmly, carries your luggage, and uses Google Translate for communication, which is very professional. The meals were fantastic too!

The environment including the building is very good.Mt. Fuji looks beautiful!Feel the power! The food is just as delicious as the restaurants I frequent that cost 10,000 yen per person. It's great to be able to enjoy everyday gourmet food and hot springs at the same time.

You can see Mt. Fuji from your room. Each room has an open-air bath, but even if there are insects floating around, there is no net to remove them.I wonder if some rooms have a view of Mt. Fuji from the open-air bath?I couldn't see it from the room I stayed in.There is a special box in each room for replacing used cups, towels, etc. When I put it in there and pressed the button, a light lit up on the hallway side and they said they would replace it...but they didn't.The seasoning of the food seemed a little strong.Overall, it was a little disappointing considering the price. There is no basket (larger bag) for changing clothes or small items when going to the public bath, and since it is a small drawstring bag, it can only fit your underwear.Women must provide their own.

I used it for my 6 year old child's first trip.It was very good.Above all, the staff was very helpful. It was neat but friendly, and they paid attention to every detail, so even with small children I was able to stay with peace of mind. They put together an adult bed and also lent me a baby cot. They also made me porridge and lent me a baby chair at the restaurant. However, the baby chair was Bumbo, so I couldn't fit my feet in it tightly.A trash can for diapers was also provided in the room. The hotel is surrounded by nature, and the aromatic scent in the rooms was soothing. The open-air bath in the guest room overlooking Mt. Fuji was also very pleasant. The children's S size room wear is perfect for parents and children to go out together for a meal or watch a bonfire.I had a really fun time.Next time, I would like to go when there is snow on Mt. Fuji. There are smoking rooms on the second floor and in the restaurant.

We stayed 2 nights in August, and this may be the best hotel stay ever. The room was luxurious and spacious, the views from the room are amazing and luckily we sighted Fuji san twice as a result of staying here as visibility was only in the early hours of the morning. You literally get what you pay for here, and it was well worth the money.Incredibly peaceful, the private onsens are a really nice touch, and all the toiletries , pyjamas to use etc are very high end. We used the e bikes on the spot to explore ochi park without any issues, the breakfast is very bougie and you are given a time slot to adhere to, and it’s a set menu for breakfast and dinner. So glad we added this hotel to our itinerary as it was the ultimate relaxation from exploring Tokyo.
