This is a atheistically pleasing hotel with plenty of space. Everything is clean, tidy and new. Great for people or families who just want to stay in and cook at home or who have a car.  …

Anywhere you stay in Niseko is expensive, really expensive. The location is half a mile from Annipuri. Haruf is a 10 minute car journey. You have to have a car . It is not a full service Hotel, but more like condos. I stayed in a large studio for four nights. It cost £900. If you think that’s expensive, the same four nights at the Hilton would have cost £2500. This facility was good and what it provided and the quality a good standard. There are no bells or whistles though. They will not act like a concierge. They say this clearly and perhaps a little too firmly. Sometimes the tone of voice of the literature is a little too finger wagging. This said, the reception staff are very polite and want to be of help if you need it.

Beautiful, spacious, modern studio with in floor radiant heat. Kitchenette with stovetop, oven, fridge but no microwave. About a 16 minute walk to Annupuri ski resort and 7 minutes for the bus stop at Annupuri entrance. Without a car, your options are limited since the resort bus only runs once an hour (In January). No food shopping close, but 2 good restaurants, the Taj Mahal and Karabina (reservations required). Studio has a combined washer/drier and lots of good storage as well as a ski locker in the basement. There are pots and pans, but no salt, pepper, oil or other necessities for cooking. Staff were very helpful and the keyless codes worked well. Photo is the view from our studio.

Had an issue with the door code to our room after reception closed and was unable to get in contact with anyone to let us in. It was 11:30pm and we ended up having to find another place to sleep for the night past midnight. The hotel staff were very accommodating the next day but it did mess up our last day of ski. Make sure there is an emergency number to call after-hours since the hotel number goes straight to voicemail.

Really disappointing!!I checked into my room understanding it’s a twin room and was asked if I prefer 2 x single beds or 1 large bed.Naturally my reply was 1 large bed, then I checked into my room and they pushed 2 single beds together (made as 2 single beds) with a big gap down the middle. As a hotel manager I know 100% that twin rooms should have single beds that can be zipped together to form a king bed and then it should be made with a king fitted sheet to prevent the 2 singles from separating while you sleep and for a room that costs over $700 AUD per night, you would expect nothing less than this. This has totally ruined my stay at this apartment because naturally I expected to see 1 large king and I don’t know a single person who would pay the nightly rate I have paid to sleep in a single bed
