Really nice place to stay and decent value. The building and decor is classy and well kept (like other places done by Odin in Niseko). The mini onsen was really nice and spacious. Short walk to bars and restaurants and bottom of the slope, altho they provided a shuttle bus service to help with getting to the slopes anyway which was good.

I rarely leave reviews, but this one was really disappointing. At the beginning, no one provided any instructions on how to use the room, including stoves, speakers, iPads, etc. You have to explore it yourself. The layout is very poor, the sink and kitchen are not together, the sink is very inconvenient in the corridor, the scheduled cleaning time did not come, the toilet paper that should be replenished was not replenished, we called every day to ask for toilet paper and save toilet paper, the bathroom The water flow in the bathtub was too slow. It was cold after I put it in. I didn’t want to soak in it. The kitchen waste was not collected during cleaning. The snow on the balcony was not cleaned. The pillows were yellow. The overall CP value was super low. Such a price is really impressive. disappointment. ps. I have stayed in places with better locations, cheaper prices and better services than here.

Definitely worth the stay! Very cozy, spacious, and comfortable apartment with all of your snowboarding amenities. Massive drying room to stage boards and dry boots. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have attached full baths with huge showers and heated floors. Onsen room also has a shower, but it is partially outside so no heated floors. However, the onsen is incredible - 2 large people can easily fit in it. The water was always warm. The downstairs room (spiral stairs) is the master and has its own exit to the main hallway and via the sliding glass door. The kitchen/living room area is perfect for 6 people to relax and spend time together. The apartment is about a 25 minute walk to the Hirofumi welcome center so recommend renting a car. However, there are several great restaurants and bars within 5 minutes of walking. My group of 6 absolutely loved it here and would stay again for sure.

Perfect apartment! At first we thought it was a bit far, but they have a mini bus shuttle that brings you the slopes in the morning (every half hour between 8 and 10:30) and brings you back to the apartment in the afternoon (every half hour …

The owner informed us that they are unable to accommodate us only 2 week before check-in date. We booked the place and paid in full 2 month earlier. We have to panicky look for others place to stay with only 2 week left. And that is very hard to find a decent place.

This luxurious apartment complex (only four and a penthouse) would have to be one of the finest in Hirafu. …
