Great location, close to restaurants, ski rental and ski area. Easy walk up for the station, would not be great with the ski equipment. |Clean apartment and well supplied with all that you may need for a short or long stay.|Easy check-in and check-out.|Well recommended.

Very prime location, 2 mins drive to Hirafu gondola. 10 mins drive to supermarket in Kutchan. Even without a car, can walk around in Hirafu and to the gondola. Love the fully equipped kitchen and the stunning view of mountain Yutei in the sitting room. Suprised to have room cleaning service every other day include change of bath towels. Got washing and drying machines and dish washer which are so convenient. Many onsens are within 15mins driving range. Very safe place, crimes are unheard of.

My wife & two children stayed at Fresh Water.We found the apartment very clean, tidy and very well appointed.The location is excellent as you right in the middle of Hirafu and walking distance to many great restaurants and shops.It's only a short walk to Hirafu Gondola.The apartment also boost terrific views of the surrounding mountains.We were impressed.

My first time in Japan with a group of friends and was absolutely blown away by the service of the wonderful staff at the Freshwater. Andrew, Kayne and Issy were absolutely amazing, they made us feel so welcome and we’re happy to accommodate all of our needs whether it be the best nearby onsens or the best runs for both the beginners and the more advance riders in the group.Highly recommend was an absolute pleasure and they stay at Niseko was the highlight of our trip to Japan.

Great location, walking distance from everything. Very close to Lawsons. First time snowboarding, had an amazing stay. Staff were very friendly especially Sarah and Louis! Would stay again.

Our first time skiing in Japan and didn’t know what to expect. We found it very easy to get around and thanks to Yasmin at the Vale with her great recommendation where to eat. And Ned at kyo was able to recommend some great ski runs. Overall it was a great experience from the day Harry picked us up at the train until we left. Thanks again everyone we will be back.

Lovely stay at the Freshwater - view was great and room was good value for the price. Staff were a big highlight - also the staff at the Vale who gave us restaurants recommendations while we used the onsen, especially Yasmin, Kat and Ned.

Great stay at the Freshwater. Highly recommend it. Central, easy to access and perfectly located, with a stunning view of Mt Yotei.Room was spacious and staff were great, especially Arthur and Georgia who were extremely helpful.Yasmin and Harry at the Vale were terrific in providing advice especially in regards to local attractions (onsens) and car bookings.Ned at Kyo proved to be indispensable when it came to skiing.Look forward to staying again.

Had an excellent 5 night stay here. Great location, very spacious and comfortable. Well thought out amenities including ski lockers, a drying room at the front of the apartment and washer/dryer. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, including giving us a last minute ride to the bus stop when we had multiple suitcases. Shoutout to Arthur, Louis, Dylan and Reagan for their help

This is a nice place to stay to begin with! It is probably the place I stay with the most complete amenities. Kitchen cooking stuff is complete (good to have more seasoning provided), enough towels, clean and new. Good location as it is near to the Grand Hirafu Resort and there is a Lawson next door in walking distance. The only downside is the sound proofing systems. Overall I highly recommend the place

Place was clean, spacious and has plenty amenities like microwave, toaster, refrigerator etc. two towels per room. Price was reasonable too. The shared area has a nice TV and sofa to hang out. There’s also a TV in each room.

Best part of the stay was Jordy. He helped us so much and on top of that the room was beautiful and spacious. Roomy kitchen, bathroom, and living room. A nice reprieve from the typically cramped accommodations in the rest of Japan.

Fantastic service, staff so friendly and cheerful. Willing to fetch us to the next hotel in Niseko. Room are spacious with all the cooking utensils you need. Bathroom is huge with bathtub. Location in town is super convenient. Highly recommend
