The hotel hardware was so luxurious, and the room decoration was really beautiful. Staff were well train and very polite. It sure makes you feel you are well respected. We were really impressed that they can keep up with this level of service in the Niseko area, because in comparison, maintaining service standards in Niseko is way harder than in the rest of Japan. Mainly foreign workers mentality i guess.The Infinity onsen was out of this world! I won’t be surprised if it's the best view onsen in the Hirafu area. The indoor public onsen was a bit small. They have ski-in/out ROOMS, not just hotels, even ROOMS! That's the next level of games!

My room was a beautiful blend of style and comfort, with luxurious details and top-tier amenities—including premium Miele appliances. One of the highlights was the breathtaking infinity onsen, offering stunning views of the mountains—an experience not to be missed. Since the hotel is located on a hill, you can clearly see Mt. Yotei and the view is amazing.If you are on a high floor, I think the view is one of the best among hotels in Niseko.The flow line from the shower room to the open-air bath is poor (you have to cross the living room), and although the room is large, there is only one washbasin and one toilet, which is a shame.Breakfast was pretty good, but there weren't many items, and the semi-buffet was pretty basic.We parked in a nearby free parking lot, but apparently the hotel charges a parking fee of 5,000 yen. I think it would be better to make it free during the off-season.

I stayed here for one night on September 19-20. The room was clean, the amenities were plentiful, and the breakfast was delicious.♡The staff's service was attentive, and the exterior and interior of the building were very stylish, and I was also happy that the large public bath had a sauna! I was able to get rid of the fatigue of the day 🧖🏻♀️Also, since I was staying in the off-season, I was able to stay at a reasonable price for Niseko, and there were not many tourists, so I was able to spend a nice and calm time. . Next time I would like to stay during the ski season.

It was nice and spacious and clean, but most of the hotel staff were foreigners who couldn't speak Japanese, and they were unfriendly. The hot springs are also poor, so if you're paying 200,000 yen in the winter, go somewhere else, it's not for Japanese people.

I went there as a trip to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. When I first called and asked before making a reservation, I was told that there was an open-air bath in the public bath, so I made a reservation, but the public bath does not have an open-air bath. I think it was probably a foreign staff member at that time. The private bath seems to be an open-air bath, but there is a fee when making a reservation. It's a pity that I couldn't use it due to lack of time. I would like to come again during the ski season.

Visited with 3 family members.It was available for one night during the off-season.Careful guidance from welcome to room?Since we had informed them of the birthday celebration in advance, wine was already set on the dining table.When I checked, it turned out to be a smart move from the hotel.The hospitality made me feel so comfortable that I felt like they were treating customers from all over the world.I plan to stay there in the winter as well.
