A campsite attached to Farms Chiyoda, a tourist ranch and restaurant.Rather than a dedicated building, it gives the impression that a vacant green area has been repurposed. The entire area is covered with grass, which is a little deep, and you can drive your car on it, but be careful as it gets muddy when it rains. You can use the restrooms at the restaurant during the day, and the public restrooms outside in the middle of the night.Although the water hole is located in a secluded area, it is clean and easy to use. There are vending machines at the entrance of the facility, and some ingredients such as meat can be purchased at the restaurant if you make a reservation.Although you don't get a particularly good view, the conditions are great: you can camp at a low price, and it's close to the city center of Biei. The staff are polite and there aren't many customers, so it's recommended for people who want to relax.

I didn't know that it was a reservation system, so I applied to use it on the fly, but I was turned down even though there were spaces available on the site. Is it something that can't be done flexibly? In the camping bubbleAren't you worried?

I wonder if the grass is a little view. There is a village toilet across the road from the campsite toilet. The village toilet had no windows and was like a sauna. If you are going, it might be a good idea to bring rain boots. The long grass and morning dew will make your feet sticky. It wasn't crowded even on the weekend, so I was able to relax.

The reception will be held at the restaurant. We were told that vehicles were allowed to enter the facility when the luggage was being brought in.I used a free site, and the grass was fluffy and comfortable. There is one kitchenYou can use the toilets at the facility, or the toilets in the town across the street. For the bath, we used a public bathhouse in the town.It is possible to camp with pets.I visited again in August 2023. Apparently, reservations are now required. Please note that advance reservations are required.

I used it this time, but the campsite was not maintained and the grass (?) was growing freely.I didn't feel like walking through thick grass to get to the toilet and kitchen, so I used the village toilet across the road.No one at the car site had set up a tent outside the car. It's OK to drive into the campsite to bring your luggage, and it's cheap and quiet, but I'll refrain from doing so next time.

The weeds had grown longer than I expected, so I couldn't find any small items. I found a beg that someone else probably forgot.I had a hard time setting up the tent because I couldn't see the ground because of the weeds and it was very uneven. It wasn't too crowded, so that was a good thing.

Is it not well known? It's a quiet and calm place. And it's cheaper than other campgrounds. You can interact with the animals at the farm next door, which I think is one of the best in Hokkaido, but it's pretty empty.
