A busy road is next to the building and it's noisy.The city has special bags for separating garbage, and the manager will sell them to you for an additional fee.Also, the way they speak is blunt and there is no sense of service.We can't tell you anything unless you ask us for guidance.There is no air conditioning, and shampoo and conditioner are provided, but they are out of service.Thank you very much.
