Room has all the amenities but that's where the positives end. AC does not work causing the rooms to be very hot. Dehumidifier does not work causing the room to be very humid and hard to sleep. Dryer does not work so washing machine is useless. Walls are paper thin, could hear other families in the next units talk and walk up and down the units making it also hard to sleep. Room was not clean with dust and dead bugs around the unit. Would not recommend

I used it twice.As others have written, the walls are really thin and the noise is a concern.It's natural to be able to hear voices from the next room, the sounds of people walking up the stairs, the sound of the washing machine or vacuum cleaner, etc., all so close that you'll feel like you're in the same house.The location is just between the airport and Euglena Mall. If you have a car, there will be no problem. The bus stop is also nearby.I'm thankful that each room has one parking lot, but the sign indicating the room symbol has completely disappeared, so I don't know which parking lot is for which room. As a result, a person from another room accidentally parked in our parking space and almost caused a problem.There is a Don Quijote and a convenience store nearby.This time, the electronic key was broken and only one key was left. It was very troublesome because there were two people staying there and each had separate activities.Also, if you are staying for more than 4 days, you can have someone come and collect your trash along the way, but no one came by the scheduled time of 9:00.I was at work and it would be a problem if someone came into the room while I was working, so I waited until the garbage was collected before I could start work. My plans went awry and I was also in trouble.I'm grateful for long-term stays as I can stay there at a low price, but at the very least I would like them to keep their promises.

It was my first time staying there and it was great!Used by a family of 1 year and 9 months old child and 2 adults!They also provided a bucket with a lid for throwing away diapers, and a gate was placed in front of the stairs on the first floor, which was very helpful (^^)Personally, I am grateful that I can use the dryer for free! !It's helpful that the washer and dryer are separate, rather than a drum type! !It was also helpful that my bedroom was on the second floor, so I could prepare for the next day without hesitation even after the kids went to bed!I think this inn is great for people with small children!The parking lot is very narrow, so you can only park small cars, but if you call, there are other places where you can park larger cars, so I don't think it will be a problem!Don Quijote was nearby which was very helpful.The room was clean and I would like to stay there again if I come to Ishigaki ☆

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.-The room is dirty anywayYou're not cleaning! There was so much hair and dust in the room that I seriously thought about it.I understand that you have to yield 100 steps at the edge of the toilet.It's commonly found on the living room floor, and it's more like you haven't cleaned it in the first place! That was the level.I was wearing sandals, so I entered the room barefoot, but there was a lot of dirt on the soles of my feet, which made me uncomfortable.There was a vacuum cleaner, but does that mean I should do it here?What was especially shocking was that there was a plastic bottle container under the bed that I didn't recognize.It's the previous customer's trash, right? You never clean it, right?・Failure of electronic lockThe automatic lock suddenly stopped closing.On top of that, the mysterious alarm sound kept getting louder, which was really annoying.No matter what I tried, I couldn't find a solution, so I took out the battery and dealt with it.・Dryer failureI wanted this and chose this hotel, but it kept failing due to an error.I called and they said they would come tomorrow.No, I'm doing laundry and want to use the dryer now...In the first place, I'm traveling to have fun, so why do I have to spend time on that...?I asked them to pay for the coin laundry since they can't use it.I would like a receipt please...There's no way a coin laundry will give you a receipt, right?At least I couldn't find it.・I didn't receive the information email.I was told that I could make a reservation through Agoda and check the check-in procedure from 4 days in advance.Since I was unable to do so, I sent a message to the hotel.I received a reply that appeared to be an automated message saying, ``We cannot send you an email unless you enter the email address for guest information.''There is no information other than the name, and I received an email from the hotel when the reservation was completed...Shouldn't you be contacting them in the first place?This is to say that I am sorry for the inconvenience...I chose this place because it had good reviews.I don't want to use it again.Are you deleting bad reviews? I doubt it.

Thank you for taking care of me when I was diving in Ishigaki Island.This is a completely contactless accommodation. It's a very clean facility and you can spend your time comfortably.The washer/dryer was convenient. There were two beds with wider beds, but they were not set up well. I rented a car and used it as a set, and it was very convenient.

The negatives outweighed the positives: I was getting a sinus infection from mold in the air conditioner, the dryer was broken, and I couldn't take a shower because the gas was cut off.

It's a very Nice and affordable room and services .. the bus stop is in walking distance .. Privacy also there ... arranged everything in the proper manner .. Kitchen utensils are in very good condition as well sufficient for a family

Perfect accommodation.It was a wonderful accommodation with no complaints in terms of livability, amenities, and location.There are many stores nearby such as Donki, San-A, Max Value, Daiso, and Family Mart, so you won't have any trouble at all.It is also within walking distance to Ohama Beach.There was a warning about the noise, but since there were university students staying there, the noise was not a concern at all.I was worried that there were some ants, but there was a cockjet among the amenities, so I let them use it.
