The most equipped apartment we have stayed in to date.Everything is at the highest technological level, very clean and comfortable, including two Japanese toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a projector on the wall, a screen with a remote control.From the outside it looks neglected and the parking nearby, for which you get a refund for 700 yen - the only part that was stressful, was the directions for parking, which were unnecessary, because it is the nearby public parking.

1. Large space and good lighting2. There are free washing machines and dryers, and washing powder is provided3. There is no elevator, so it would be tiring to carry luggage if you live on the third floor.4. There is a kitchen with generally complete kitchen utensils. It would be more convenient if knives (such as kitchen knives) are provided for preparing food.5. There is a sauna room, but I don’t know how to start it. It would be nice if there were detailed instructions for use.6. The location is excellent, very close to various attractions and gourmet restaurants.

It's quite close to where we watched the fireworks, although it's still 10 minutes away. The place where we live is quiet, the house is clean (except for the stairwells and public spaces) and well-equipped. It's very suitable for a family of four.

There is a home sauna where you can enjoy self-lowering. There is no bathtub, only a shower room. Still, the whole building is heated so you don't feel cold. Even though there were 4 guys, there were 2 double beds and 4 pillows...

If it is possible to leave a review for zero stars, I would. This is quite possibly the worst accoms I have booked in all my life of travels.First, there was no proper communications with us regarding check in. The owner says an email will be automatically sent to us the day before check in but such an email was not sent. I emailed them the day before my scheduled check in date and on the day itself but there was no reply. On the day of check in we travelled to the location and realised we could not get into the house without any information provided. This was at 7pm as we had to drive over from another location. There were no contact numbers given to us. We had to ask for help from the japanese guests on the first floor who very kindly tried to help us contact the owners but also could not get through the emergency number listed in the information booklet in the house. We spent the next 2 hours trying to contact someone in order to get into the house and we even went to a nearby police post to see if we could get help there. Finally when we managed to contact the owner, this man argued over the phone that they sent the check in email to us even though they clearly did not (I bought an esim and have been on data the entire trip and have been receiving emails from many people but not the owners. Also checked the spam and junk folders but no emails from them)Our unit was on the third floor which meant we had to carry our suitcases up two flights of stairs as there are no lifts. The beds are old and uncomfortable and makes loud creaking sounds with every movement. The water control is erratic and turns from very hot to very cold every 20 seconds while bathing. The water turns yellow after boiling it in the kettle. Only positive thing about this place is that it is spacious with two toilets.The worst thing is when I tried to put up a review on agoda after the stay, I am unable to submit it and subsequently says that the review feature is not available for this property which looks highly suspicious to me that the owners have blocked my review from being put up.In any case, I will definitely not book this property ever again. I stayed here with my family for 2 years in a row.The building is spacious and we also had the opportunity to use the sauna.It's generally good, but there are a few things I'm not sure about.1. Some areas are not well-maintained.There was tea stains on the provided cup, and trash from the previous guest remained under the bed board.2. Poor response from the management companyI made a reservation on Booking.com, and a week in advance I was supposed to receive an email with the room number and how to enter, but it never arrived, and I finally received a reply after I urged them to do so 3 days in advance. (The other party said they sent it the day before)A guest from overseas who had booked a separate room did not receive a call on the day of the incident, and was unable to get into his room, so we had no choice but to take care of him.What's more, the emergency contact number listed in the room was unreachable due to an announcement that it was "not in use." I tried contacting the other contact information listed, but I was not able to get through, and I was told that there was no staff who could speak English, so I couldn't help.I managed to get through all the places, but I was so tired that I couldn't get a good rest.I think the management system is too sloppy and irresponsible.I like the location and the room itself, so I would like to see improvements made.

I booked this room for 2023 summer family trip via Agoda. Agent mentioned they will refund 700 JPY per day for parking. I collected all the receipt and contacted them on Agoda. Agent DID NOT refund anything. There is no update for a month so far. One star for service!! Wish there is zero star option.

It is fully equipped, spacious and bright. It is rare to see a Japanese apartment with 2 toilets. There is also a parking lot nearby. It is very suitable for families and friends to travel by car.

The room happens to be on the third floor, so it’s really tiring to move luggage...but the overall house is clean and tidy, with a large space on one floor. It’s very comfortable for a family to live in. There are washing machines and dryers, and there is also a sauna room👍, which is very special. There are many izakayas in the nearby neighborhoods at night...women should pay attention to their safety when going out in groups.
