Good and unique house

The location is good. Close to the terminal. Other living facilities such as convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants are nearby. The space is spacious and the bedding is clean and comfortable. There are two bathrooms, one each on the first and second floors. The kitchen is spacious and you can cook anything. There are machines that can wash and dry at the same time. There are also two refrigerators. There is a large table that can seat 8 people at the same time. The living room space is large, so it is not difficult for 8 people to gather and have a conversation at the same time. There is air conditioning on every floor and it works very well.This is a great accommodation for groups of 8 to 10 people.However, it is not a good place to stay for a family of 4-5 people considering the cost. Overall, cleaning is lacking. The gas stove in the large kitchen on the first floor has accumulated grime. The large table that can accommodate 8 people eating at the same time is more for outdoor use than indoor use, and more than anything, it is old. One of the relaxation chairs in the spacious living room was very old. There is a bed in the large living room on the first floor, so the person using the bed cannot rest. It is hard to tell whether the living room is a space for a bed or a place to rest. Of the two bathrooms, the one on the first floor has a musty smell as if it has been cleaned for a long time. It was great to have a washing machine, but you shouldn't dry it after washing. All laundry that has been dried has to be redone. It smells bad. Hot water is very good. A hood in the kitchen is also good. There are also four clean single beds on the second floor. There is also air conditioning. There is also a private restroom on the second floor. However, the blinds in the second floor room are on the south and north sides, and one blind is almost broken, making it feel like an empty house.I give it to you. I wanted to roll it up, but it was broken and I couldn't walk it. There is also a living room on the second floor. It's a great space for people who want to rest quietly, and the chairs are sturdy and good. There are also three clean beds on the third floor. There is also air conditioning. There is no restroom. It's great to have a separate living room.Overall, it feels like a group accommodation for students. It's a shame that my family came on a trip and experienced ordinary houses in Japan. Although it was old, I expected a neat and comfortable feel, but was disappointed. Next time, I would like to choose another accommodation for this price.
