Stayed in late September 2024. The highest level of so-called mountain huts.The staff are all very hospitable and considerate towards their customers.Many of the facilities have been renovated and are clean, including the rooms. The toilets are also flush and clean. The drying room has a heater running so it dries quickly.There is a water source nearby, so you can draw as much drinking water as you like, and there is plenty of water.The meals are plentiful.I thought the accommodation fee would be a bit high for a mountain hut, but with so many staff, facilities, and food, I was completely satisfied. I realized that mountain huts with funds are strong. I think it's a good idea to raise the prices of mountain huts since the return is ultimately given to the customers.

I used it on September 30th and October 2nd, 2024. We had spacious, separate beds for each person, plenty of clean Western-style toilets, vending machines with beer and shochu high, delicious food, and most of all, the female staff members were wonderful! ! ! The Kumonodaira hut where I stayed on October 1st was disappointing in many aspects, including the facilities and food, so this hotel was even more appealing. When we returned on 10/02, the staff welcomed us and said, ``Welcome home,'' and for those staying multiple nights, we were served a different menu that was even more delicious! ! I was served a ginger grilled set meal and was very impressed. If you can plan your itinerary well, we highly recommend staying here for several nights. Great location of the hut in front of Mt. WashuThere is also a tent area and a place to get drinking water outside.Tempura is famous for dinner and it was delicious😋.Also, gomoku ramen for lunch. The staff recommended sweets 🍰 also seem to be famous, but I couldn't eat them because they were sold out 😭You can eat breakfast from 4:30, so it's good if you want to leave early. Mt. Sugoroku is also close from here, so it's easy to see the sunrise.The toilet was clean and neat, and there was a drying room and a changing room too! It is possible to dry wet clothes!

It took a day to arrive from Shinhotaka. It's quite far, but the scenery is nice. Also, it's a wind loophole, so it's likely to be affected by the wind.

It's in a good location and it's convenient to go to Mt. Yarigatake, Mt. Kurobe Genryu, and Mt. Kasagadake from here. The food was delicious and I refilled it ✌️😋

I went in early October because I wanted to see the runway in the sky. The tennis court is slightly slanted, so location selection is important. Mt. Sugoroku is the best! I want to go again.

This mountain hut is located in the saddle of Mt. Sugoroku in the Northern Alps. I stayed at a hut while traversing from Kumonohira to Mt.Yarigatake.Needless to say, the scenery is spectacular.After walking for more than 10 hours from Tarobeihira, I arrived there in the evening, feeling dizzy, and was warmly welcomed by a young lady working as a staff member.The facilities are the best of any mountain hut I've ever seen.Spacious facilities, meals, newly established staff, clean toilets, private bedrooms, charging from an outlet (free of charge), and online reservations. No blind spots.Everyone please go there at least once.

Stopped by on my way to Mt.Akaushidake during Silver Week. I received Gomoku Ramen for 1200 yen. Despite being on the top of the mountain at the price of a regular lunch, the quality is amazing. Is the usual lunch expensive or is it cheaper here? This year, there is a lack of water and Mitamata Sanso is in drought, but here it is running normally.

A wonderful mountain hut. The staff are very customer service! I felt that it was unusual for a mountain hut. When you enter the hut, he will say "Thank you for your hard work! Welcome home" 😊I only know the situation in the private room because it happened to be empty, but the other large rooms seem to have bunk beds. Someone asked me if the top or bottom is better. The common room is also large and very warm. It's also helpful that hot water is always available and you can make tea or other drinks right away.Masks are recommended.As part of coronavirus countermeasures, there is no self-catering area, so you can only cook outside. I'm in water-saving mode due to the water drying up, but I'm grateful that it's available for free. (There was a fee for Kumonodaira)Dinner is vegetable tempura! The volume is amazing.The lunch menu had a wide range of options, including yakisoba noodles with sauce, and the aroma was pleasant from beginning to end.Overall, it was a nice and comfortable mountain hut.

I was finally able to go to a popular mountain hut.The staff's service is perfectEverything inside the hut was clean.It was difficult to eat a lot of food for dinner, but I couldn't bear to leave any leftovers, so I did my best. It was very delicious. Probably the best place I've ever stayed
